背景技术
在工业生产中,特别在医药、化工、食品及锂电等行业,搅拌设备的应用非常普遍。而作为驱动轴转子的支撑,大多采用轴承加轴承套的结构。由于所受载荷的大小以及转速等原因,旋转的轴承会产生发热的现象,并传导至轴承套,温度超过轴承及轴承套能承受的极限,则导致轴承和轴承套的损坏,影响设备的正常运行。一般轴承和轴承套的散热相对较为复杂,散热***应用不便且成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种提高散热效果的轴承套,利用本轴承套可有效提高散热效果,确保轴承和轴承套温度在工艺要求范围之内,且结构简单,应用方便,降低了散热成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提高散热效果的轴承套包括轴承套本体,所述轴承套本体内沿长度方向间隔平行排列若干贯通的水槽,所述轴承套本体外圈表面间隔设有注水孔和溢水孔,所述注水孔连通所述水槽的起点,所述溢水孔连通所述水槽的终点。    
由于本实用新型提高散热效果的轴承套采用了上述技术方案,即本提高散热效果的轴承套包括轴承套本体,所述轴承套本体内沿长度方向间隔平行排列若干贯通的水槽,所述轴承套本体外圈表面间隔设有注水孔和溢水孔,所述注水孔连通所述水槽的起点,所述溢水孔连通所述水槽的终点。本轴承套可有效提高散热效果,确保轴承和轴承套温度在工艺要求范围之内,且结构简单,应用方便,降低了散热成本。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提高散热效果的轴承套包括轴承套本体1,所述轴承套本体1内沿长度方向间隔平行排列若干贯通的水槽2,所述轴承套本体1外圈表面间隔设有注水孔3和溢水孔4,所述注水孔3连通所述水槽2的起点,所述溢水孔4连通所述水槽2的终点。
在设备运行过程中,轴承过热时,热量传递至轴承套,当检测到轴承套温度大于设定值时,通过轴承套本体的注水孔注入循环冷却水,冷却水沿轴承套本体内的水槽流动从溢水孔流出,同时将轴承套的热量带出,从而降低了轴承套温度,起到轴承和轴承套的散热作用。本轴承套的散热结构简单,散热效果良好,避免了轴承和轴承套的过热损坏,保证了设备的可靠正常运行。
