本实用新型涉及风力发电机,具体涉及一种升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片。
背景技术
现有的垂直轴风力发电机叶片,主要分为升力型和阻力型两种,升力型叶片是利用空气流在叶片上产生的压力差做功,具有较高的叶尖速比和风能转化率,但转矩小难以启动;阻力型叶片是利用空气流在叶片上产生的阻力做功,具有较大的转矩和良好的启动性能,但叶尖速比和风能转化率较低。现有技术公开的升力型叶片大都沿袭了航空翼型即飞机机翼的设计,其存在叶片启动风速高、动力小、难以启动的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种具有较大的转矩、较高的叶尖速比和风能转化率及良好的启动性能的升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片。
 实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片,它包括有竖置的机翼型叶片,在所述叶片上排列有横向截面呈弧形的气流通道,该气流通道的通道口置于叶片的两侧面上,该气流通道的凸弧面朝向叶片的前缘,该气流通道的凹弧面朝向叶片的后缘。
上述的气流通道在叶片的纵向分多段设置。
本实用新型通过在机翼翼型的叶片上设置弧形气流通道,空气流在叶片的翼型表面产生压力差提供升力型做功,空气流在叶片的弧形气流通道内产生阻力提供阻力型做功,叶片同时具备升力型叶片和阻力型叶片的特点,使叶片既具备较大的转矩、较高的叶尖速比,又具有良好的启动性能,有效提高风力发电机适应自然风速工作环境的能力。同时,升力型做功和阻力型做功的叠加使叶片的风能转化率大大提高。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行说明。
如附图1,本升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片包括有机翼型叶片1,该叶片1竖置安装。在所述叶片1的横截面上排列有气流通道2,该气流通道2在叶片1的纵向分多段设置。附图实施例的气流通道2分三段设置。
如附图2,所述的气流通道2在叶片的横向截面呈弧形,该气流通道2的通道口置于叶片1的两侧面上,该气流通道2的凸弧面朝向叶片1的前缘,该气流通道2的凹弧面朝向叶片1的后缘。
如附图2,本实用新型具体实施时,相邻气流通道2之间的分隔板截面设置成月牙形,两边尖薄,气流进入通道时阻力小,中间厚度增加,有利于提高分隔板及叶片的强度和刚度。
本实用新型气流通道2的设置同样适用于其它叶型的升力型叶片。

1.一种升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片,它包括有竖置的机翼型叶片(1),其特征是:在所述叶片(1)上排列有横向截面呈弧形的气流通道(2),该气流通道(2)的通道口置于叶片(1)的两侧面上,该气流通道(2)的凸弧面朝向叶片(1)的前缘,该气流通道(2)的凹弧面朝向叶片(1)的后缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的升阻型垂直轴风力发电机叶片,其特征是:所述的气流通道(2)在叶片(1)的纵向分多段设置。
