背景技术
    传统雷蒙磨粉机中,磨辊总成与梅花架之间的悬挂装置包括立轴和摆臂,摆臂通过轴承筒内的立轴与磨辊总成一侧连接。由于工作时磨腔内粉尘飞扬,环境非常恶劣,粉尘易进入轴承筒内,导致摩擦力增大,造成立轴磨损,立轴与轴承筒间隙增大,磨辊的垂直摆动轴线偏斜;且由于粉尘的堆积而导致主轴转动不灵活,影响磨粉效果。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种减振性能好、密封好、转动灵活、可保证立轴正常工作的磨粉机磨辊总成与梅花架之间的悬挂装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
磨粉机磨辊总成与梅花架之间的悬挂装置,包括摆臂和立轴,所述摆臂通过其端部垂直设置的轴承筒内的立轴与磨辊总成一侧连接,摆臂另一端水平设置有梅花架;所述轴承筒内下端设有台阶;所述台阶上自下而上设有内部贯穿套装有立轴的下轴承、轴套、上轴承;轴承筒的上下两端分别套装有上下轴承压盖;安装在垫板上的上减震套通过密封垫安装在上轴承压盖上;下减震套通过下密封盖和孔用弹性挡圈安装于下轴承压盖上;所述上、下减震套分别固联在立轴的上下两端。
本实用新型优点在于摆臂通过安装于立轴上的上、下减震套与磨辊总成相联实现减振;安装有上减震套的垫板安装于立轴上并压紧密封垫,能严格密封,不让粉尘进入摆动部位;下减震套通过下密封盖和孔用弹性挡圈安装于轴承下压盖内起密封作用;摆动部分用轴承连接,能够承受径向、轴向力,转动灵活,从而保证磨辊总成的稳定运行。

如图1所示,本实用新型所述的磨粉机磨辊总成与梅花架之间的悬挂装置,包括摆臂1和立轴2,所述摆臂1通过其端部垂直设置的轴承筒3内的立轴2与磨辊总成一侧连接,摆臂1另一端水平设置有梅花架15;所述轴承筒3内下端设有台阶;所述台阶上自下而上设有下轴承4、轴套5、上轴承6,立轴1贯穿安装于下轴承4、轴套5、上轴承6内;轴承筒3的上、下两端分别套装有上、下轴承压盖7、8;安装有密封垫11的上轴承压盖7安装于轴承筒的上端面,安装有上减震套10的垫板9安装于立轴上并压紧密封垫11,下减震套12通过下密封盖13和孔用弹性挡圈14安装于下轴承压盖8上,磨辊总成的摆臂1通过安装于其上的上减震套10和下减震套12固联在立轴2的上、下两端。

1.一种磨粉机磨辊总成与梅花架之间的悬挂装置,包括摆臂(1)和立轴(2),所述摆臂(1)通过其端部垂直设置的轴承筒(3)内的立轴(2)与磨辊总成一侧连接;其特征在于:所述轴承筒(3)内下端设有台阶;所述台阶上自下而上设有内部贯穿套装有立轴(2)的下轴承(4)、轴套(5)、上轴承(6);轴承筒(3)的上、下两端分别套装有上、下轴承压盖(7、8);安装在垫板(9)上的上减震套(10)通过密封垫(11)安装在上轴承压盖(7)上;下减震套(12)通过下密封盖(13)和孔用弹性挡圈(14)安装于下轴承压盖(8)上;所述上、下减震套(10、12)分别固联在立轴(2)的上、下两端。
