土壤源热泵、太阳能联合蓄热热水供暖***
技术领域
本实用新型属于土壤源和太阳能利用技术领域,具体涉及一种土壤源热泵、太阳能联合蓄热热水供暖***。
背景技术
土壤源热泵技术利用地球表面浅层地热资源作为冷热源进行能量转换,而地表浅层是一个巨大的太阳能集热器,收集了47%的太阳能,相当于人类每年利用能量的500多倍,且不受地域、资源等限制,真正是量大面广、无处不在。这是储存于地表浅层近乎无限的可再生能源,也是清洁能源。与地面上环境空气相比,地面5m以下土壤温度全年基本稳定且略低于年平均气温,可以分别在夏冬季提供相对较低的冷凝温度和较高的蒸发温度。所以从热力学原理上讲,土壤是一种比环境空气更好的热泵***的冷热源。而且土壤源热泵***不会把热量、水蒸气及细菌等排人大气环境,符合当前可持续发展的战略要求。通常土壤源热泵消耗lKW的能量,用户可以得到4KW以上的热量或冷量,这多出来的能量就是来自土壤的能源。另外,地能温度较恒定的特性,使得热泵机组运行更可靠、稳定,也保证了***的高效性和经济性。据美国环保署EPA估计,设计安装良好的土壤源热泵,平均来说可以节约用户30%~40%的供热制冷空调的运行费用。高效的土壤源热泵机组,平均产生1冷吨的冷量仅需0.88kW的电力消耗,其耗电量仅为普通冷水机组加锅炉***的30%~60%;
太阳能热利用主要分为太阳能的中低温应用和太阳能中高温应用。从太阳能热利用行业的现状看,太阳能中高温应用目前正处在研发与示范推广阶段,未来具有良好的市场前景;太阳能热水器产业,因其与人民的日常生活密切相关,产品具有环保、节能、安全、经济等典型特点,迅速发展成为我国太阳能热利用的“主力军”。
目前,我国已成为世界上最大的太阳能光热应用市场,也是世界上最大的太阳能集热器制造中心。2011年太阳能热利用产业生产真空管800万支,太阳能真空管和平板热水器共5760万平方米,比2010年增长17.6%,总保有量为21740万平方米。
随着中高温太阳能热水器的开发以及太阳能与建筑一体化技术的日益完善,太阳能热水器的应用领域不再局限于提供热水,正逐步向取暖、制冷、烘干和工业应用方向拓展,市场潜力巨大。
近年来,国家推出的保障性住房建设、新能源建筑示范应用、新农村城镇建设与改造将会给太阳能热利用产业打开新的发展空间。而国家节能减排战略等政策的制定和实施,都将极大地推动太阳能热利用行业的发展。太阳能与建筑(包括高层)一体化研究与实施,是未来太阳能开发利用的重要方向,也是整个太阳能行业做大的根本所在。
目前,对于土壤源热泵***在供热***中的应用以及太阳能***在供热***中的应用与研究都在各自的领域中单独进行,焦点主要是单独用土壤源热泵***解决供热问题无法实现冬夏季土壤源的热平衡,由于土壤源热泵将大地作为吸热、放热载体,因此需要冬季从大地吸取的热量与夏季向大地释放的热量平衡一致,只有这样土壤源热泵才能长期正常稳定运行。但是北方地区冬季采暖周期远远长于夏季制冷周期,同时由于所有建筑冬季均需采暖,但夏季需制冷建筑则很少,因此造成采用土壤源热泵采暖的建筑随着吸热放热的严重不平衡,导致地温逐年下降最终无法进行正常采暖。而用太阳能***解决供热问题又无法实现极端天气下得供热问题,原因是在冬季最寒冷的极端天气下太阳能集热效率急剧下降。因而限制了这两种供热方式在实际中的应用。经过国内外诸多研究者的努力,虽然在两者的结合互补等方面取得了一些理论成果与相关技术。然而,由于土壤源热泵和太阳能联合蓄热尚处于探索阶段,仍有许多技术难题需要解决,如怎么实现地温测量、控制蓄热等。因此,对上述问题的进一步深入研究及解决相关技术问题,对土壤源热泵、太阳能联合蓄热供暖技术的进步有着积极的现实意义。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的缺陷或不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种土壤源热泵、太阳能联合蓄热热水供暖***,本实用新型供暖***具有全天候供热、土壤热平衡、造价低,占地面积少和安全性高的特点。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种土壤源热泵、太阳能联合蓄热热水供暖***,包括土壤源热泵机组2、太阳能集热器3、控制***4和置于土壤中的地温温度计6;所述土壤源热泵机组2的循环泵和埋于土壤中的供热管道相连,所述太阳能集热器3的出水端和埋于土壤中的供热管道相连接,同时太阳能集热器3的出水端通过供热管道和土壤源热泵机组2的进水端相连接;所述控制***4信号输入端的温度传感器和地温温度计6电连接,控制***4的信号输出端与土壤源热泵机组2和太阳能集热器3的出水端电连接,所述土壤源热泵机组2的出水端通过供热管道和采暖用户1连接。
还包括和控制***4信号输入端连接的室外温度传感器5。
本实用新型和现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1、由于在土壤源内部设有地温温度计6,所以能够准确的记录冬夏季每天土壤源内部的地温,从而决定太阳能集热器3给土壤输送的热量多少以最终保证土壤源的热量平衡。
2、通过控制***4能够随时根据土壤内部及环境温度控制土壤源热泵机组2和太阳能集热器3协调工作联合供暖,保证在极端天气情况下供热***的正常工作。
3、通过室外温度传感器5进一步协调源热泵机组2和太阳能集热器3工作联合供暖。

本实用新型的工作原理为:由地温温度计6测量土壤的温度,控制***4通过地温温度计6测量的土壤温度决定由太阳能集热器3收集的太阳能热量加热的热水多少用于送到土壤中,从而保证冬季从大地吸取的热量与夏季向大地释放的热量平衡,最终保证土壤源热泵机组2工作正常有效。同时还通过控制***4使得土壤源热泵机组2和太阳能集热器3联合协调工作,当太阳能集热器3收集的热量送入土壤后多余的热量通过热水管道送入土壤源热泵机组2入口,土壤源热泵机组2通过供热管道向采暖用户1供热。使得整个供热***的能效比提高,节省能耗。

1.一种土壤源热泵、太阳能联合蓄热热水供暖***,其特征在于:包括土壤源热泵机组(2)、太阳能集热器(3)、控制***(4)和置于土壤中的地温温度计(6);所述土壤源热泵机组(2)的循环泵和埋于土壤中的供热管道相连,所述太阳能集热器(3)的出水端和埋于土壤中的供热管道相连接,同时太阳能集热器(3)的出水端通过供热管道和土壤源热泵机组(2)的进水端相连接;所述控制***(4)信号输入端的温度传感器和地温温度计(6)电连接,控制***(4)的信号输出端与土壤源热泵机组(2)和太阳能集热器(3)的出水端电连接,所述土壤源热泵机组(2)的出水端通过供热管道和采暖用户(1)连接。
