一种带有滚轮滑块的冲压模具以解决现有技术存在阻力比较大，容易受到磨损，起不到一个定位的作用得问题。包括模具本体，模具本体上的插刀直接装夹在上夹板中用销钉串接住，上夹板装有穿销，插刀穿过了止挡板，通向脱料板，与脱料板滑配工作，其特征在于：还包括滚轮，滚轮通过销钉与下模固定块装夹一起，当上下模闭合时插刀会推动滑块摆动工作，滑块与下模板组装在一体，滑块在下模板内部滑动工作，下成型块与下模板组装一体。采用本实用新型滚轮通过轴与滑块串接一起，上模插刀插下时大大减少了摩擦阻力，滚轮侧推成型，大大提高了产品角度成型的稳定性，提高产品的质量。

本实用新型涉及到一种冲压模具，更具体讲涉及到一种带有滚轮滑块的冲压模具。
背景技术
现有技术滑块都会做斜面用插刀来推动斜面滑块来工作，而往常斜面的滑块冲头工作时阻力比较大，容易受到磨损，另外这样加工不到位难以保证滑块的行程，也没有起到一个定位的作用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种带有滚轮滑块的冲压模具以解决现有技术存在阻力比较大，容易受到磨损，起不到一个定位的作用得问题。 
达到本实用新型的目的所采取的技术方案是：一种带有滚轮滑块的冲压模具，包括模具本体，模具本体上的插刀直接装夹在上夹板中用销钉串接住，上夹板装有穿销，插刀穿过了止挡板，通向脱料板，与脱料板滑配工作，其特征在于：还包括滚轮，滚轮通过销钉与下模固定块装夹一起，当上下模闭合时插刀会推动滑块摆动工作，滑块与下模板组装在一体，滑块在下模板内部滑动工作，下成型块与下模板组装一体。
本实用新型达到的有意效果是：采用本实用新型滚轮通过轴与滑块串接一起，上模插刀插下时大大减少了摩擦阻力，滚轮侧推成型，大大提高了产品角度成型的稳定性，提高产品的质量。

以下结合附图更详尽地说明本实用新型的结构特征。
一种带有滚轮滑块的冲压模具，包括模具本体，模具本体上的插刀203直接装夹在上夹板200中用销钉串接住，上夹板200装有穿销209，插刀203穿过了止挡板201，通向脱料板202，与脱料板滑配工作，其特征在于：还包括滚轮，滚轮207通过销钉与下模208固定块装夹一起，当上下模闭合时插刀203会推动滑块204摆动工作，滑块204与下模板206组装在一体，滑块204在下模板206内部滑动工作，下成型块205与下模板206组装一体。
当脱料板202开始工作时与下模板接触，插刀203会穿向滚轮207中，滚轮207通过销钉与下模208固定块装夹一起，当上下模闭合时插刀203会推动滑块204摆动工作；当滑块204工作完成时,弹簧210会推动204来复位。上下模打开时滑块204会被推动复位，上模插刀203也随之被推动摆动复位。
