本实用新型涉及热轧带钢中的四辊可逆轧机机架辊传动轴连接的一种轴套。同时适用于冲击大、替代胀紧套结构、降低维修费用的区域。 
背景技术
在热连轧带钢厂,四辊可逆轧机机架辊传动轴连接方式采用胀紧套锁紧连接辊子,由于转速较高、传动轴承受较大扭矩负荷,反复修旧的辊子轴头表面光洁度及圆柱度精度不能满足胀紧套使用要求,使轴头的配合面上胀紧套不能有效作用,容易使胀紧套内楔形套发生轴向窜动,发生轴头胶合或过度磨损情况而造成故障。 
该机架辊发生故障时较其它区域故障处理难度大,耗费时间长,消耗大量的人力、财力,效果很不好,影响生产时间,同时作业危险性较大。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单,使用方便,价格低廉,故障率低,使用寿命长的轴套。

一种轴套,由轴套体,轴孔,法兰组成,其特征在于:所述轴孔为阶梯孔。
所述轴套, 其特征在于所述阶梯孔由小孔和大孔组成,小孔直径129.75mm,大孔直径182mm,深40mm。 
所述轴套,其特征在于所述小孔为与辊子轴颈连接的孔,大孔为放置辊子轴肩的孔。 
所述轴套,其特征在于所述法兰上有10个螺孔和两个定位键槽。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其优点在于: 
1.由于轴套和轴颈采用了过盈连接,避免了胀紧套内楔形套发生轴向窜动,发生轴头胶合或过度磨损而造成的故障,使得在生产过程中故障率低,使用寿命长。、
2.本实用新型结构简单,价格低廉,使用方便。

参见附图1,一种轴套,包括轴套体1;直径为129.75mm的小孔2,小孔2用于和130mm的轴颈实行过盈连接;直径为182mm,深40mm大孔3,大孔3放置辊子轴肩;所属轴套的一端设有法兰4。参见附图2,法兰上有螺孔5,定位键槽6.

2.根据权利要求1所述轴套,其特征在于所述阶梯孔由小孔和大孔组成,小孔直径129.75mm,大孔直径182mm,大孔深40mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述轴套,其特征在于所述小孔为与辊子轴颈连接的孔,大孔为放置辊子轴肩的孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述轴套,其特征在于所述法兰上有10个螺孔和两个定位键槽。
