背景技术
层压件作为一种板式产品在现在的生产和生活中开始变得普及,太阳能光伏组件作为层压件的一种形式最为普及;层压件由于呈板型结构,因此在安装时大多要在四周设置边框,安装时通过固定边框来进行固定。但是这种安装方式比较繁琐,安装效率低下,并且生产成本也比较高,难以推广。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种安装成本低效率高的无框组件。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种无框组件,包括层压件和***支架,所述层压件设置在***支架上方,之间通过辅助横梁进行连接固定。

为了达到更好的安装效果,再进一步地,所述辅助横梁中心距离层压件长边边缘为220mm~328mm。
更进一步地,所述辅助横梁两端端头比层压件两端短边各长50mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益之处是:这种无框组件取代以往层压件有框安装,降低了生产和安装成本,提高了安装效率,便于普及。

图1所示一种无框组件,包括层压件1和***支架4,所述层压件1设置在***支架4上方,之间通过辅助横梁2进行连接固定;所述层压件1与辅助横梁2之间通过粘接在层压件1背侧的双面胶带5进行连接;辅助横梁2上设置有通孔6,通孔6内设置有能够与所述***支架4连接的T型螺丝3;所述辅助横梁2的安装位置为其中心距离层压件1长边边缘220mm~328mm处,辅助横梁2两端端头需比层压件1两端短边各长50mm,通孔6设置在此50mm处。
这种无框组件取代以往层压件1有框安装,降低了生产和安装成本,提高了安装效率,便于普及,。
