背景技术
原有调节门转盘部的设计，在机号大于14号以上的调节门转盘部，均采用材料厚度大于12～20的钢板，无法圈圆，一般分4～6段扇形料拼装焊接而成，材料利用率底，且由于材料厚度均为12～20，对接焊时必须开双面坡口焊接，不但焊接材料、人工费用等成本高，而且焊后变形量大，影响生产效率，影响质量和外观。

实用新型的目的：本实用新型的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供一种提高产品质量的调节门转盘。
本实用新型采用的技术方案：一种调节门转盘，所述转盘为整体圈圆，所述转盘圈圆有一处对口焊接点。

作为优化，所述槽钢圈圆规格外圈为48-52mm，内圈为35-40mm，厚度为4-5mm。
