单面磁铁是指一面有磁性,另一面磁性较弱的磁铁,方法是用特殊处理的镀锌铁皮将双面磁铁的一面包裹,这样被包裹的一面磁性将被屏蔽,磁力被折射到另一.面,另一面的磁性将增强,在包装盒、礼盒上的磁铁则需要一面有磁性。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,造价低廉,方便使用的包装盒专用单面磁铁。 
本实用新型主要特点在于:由盒盖、钕铁硼磁铁和铁壳构成,其特征在于:在盒盖的下端中心处设置一铁壳,其铁壳镶嵌在盒盖内,其铁壳内设置一钕铁硼磁铁。

如图1、所示的包装盒专用单面磁铁,由盒盖3、钕铁硼磁铁2和铁壳1构成,在盒盖3的下端中心处设置一铁壳1,其铁壳1镶嵌在盒盖1内,其铁壳1内设置一钕铁硼磁铁2。 
礼盒上的磁铁则只需要一面有磁性,这样使得单面磁会大大降低成本并节约 磁性材料,如一个包装盒用两个圆片直径10mm*2mm的钕铁硼磁铁可能每个磁铁需要0.2元,若使用单面磁铁每个磁铁只需要0.1元,因为磁铁在铁壳里的直径是8mm厚度1mm,铁壳自身厚度是1mm这样实际直径和厚度不变,磁力也不影响使用,从而把包装盒的成本和磁铁的材料得到了节省。
