在BOPP行业，生产BOPP薄膜的设备简称BOPP薄膜生产线。它包括电器控制***、原料***、挤出机***、过滤器、模头、铸片机、纵拉机、横拉机、边料回收***、电晕处理***、测厚仪、卷取***和分切机等。
双向拉伸聚丙烯（BOPP）薄膜生产线在生产时，厚片出水后膜上附带静电，给产品的加工带来诸多困难，导致薄膜的质量不稳定，成本增加。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服上述不足，提供了一种双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产线厚片清洁除静电装置，目的在于：消除厚片出水后膜上附带的静电，为后道工序加工做好准备。

双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产线厚片清洁除静电装置，其特征在于：在膜片出水口的导膜支架上加装导电毛刷，所述导电毛刷和接地线连接。
所述导电毛刷长为1.26米。

如图1所示，在膜片出水口的导膜支架3上加装导电毛刷1，所述导电毛刷1和接地线2连接。
具体工作过程：
如图1所示，当膜片通过导电毛刷1时，膜片上的静电转移到导电毛刷1上，再由接地线2传导至大地，从而有效地消除了膜片上的静电。
