背景技术
我国拥有丰富的煤层气资源,近年来随着煤层气的大力开发利用,上游煤层气抽采量逐步提高。由于使用管道输送煤层气具有成本低,输送量大,安全稳定性高的特点,管道输送煤层气越来越多地成为首选的输送方式,由于煤层气管道输送距离长,所经地理位置偏僻,导致管道上设置的电动阀门,电源引入困难,为施工和正常使用带来不便。
发明内容
   本实用新型的目的是为了解决长途输送煤层气管道上所设的电动阀门处在偏僻地理位置时难以接入供电电源的问题,提供一种向煤层气长输管道上电动阀门供电装置。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案实现的:一种向煤层气长输管道上电动阀门供电装置,包括太阳能光伏电池板、控制器、蓄电池组、开关、电动阀门,太阳能光伏电池板的输出端通过电缆与控制器的电源输入端相连,控制器的充电输出端通过电缆与蓄电池组相连,控制器的负载输出端通过电缆与开关相连,开关通过电缆与电动阀门的供电电源相连。
这样一来,在没有输电线路提供电源的区域,输送管道的阀门可以通过太阳能电池板获得电力,使施工和使用控制能够正常进行。
和现有技术相比本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型采用太阳能电池板供电,解决了偏僻地理位置供电源难的问题,同时采用太阳能供电,安装使用方便,节约运行成本,维护费用低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示意,一种向煤层气长输管道上电动阀门供电装置,包括太阳能光伏电池板1、控制器2、蓄电池组3、开关4、电动阀门5。太阳能光伏电池板1的输出端通过电缆与控制器2的电源输入端相连,控制器2的充电输出端通过电缆与蓄电池组3相连,控制器2的负载输出端通过电缆与开关4相连,开关4通过电缆与电动阀门5的供电电源相连。
    太阳能光伏电池板1采用数块光伏电池板并联组成,吸收太阳能,作为控制器2的电源输入,控制器2经负载输出端,通过开关4为电动阀门5供电,控制器2同时将输入电源转换为DC24V直流电对蓄电池3进行充电,蓄电池3储存电能,并在阴雨天气或光照不足时,由蓄电池3的储存电能为电动阀门供电。控制器具备过充、过放、短路反接等保护功能,一旦蓄电池组的总电压过低时,控制器将切断负载输出,以保护蓄电池组。

1.一种向煤层气长输管道上电动阀门供电装置,其特征在于:包括太阳能光伏电池板(1)、控制器(2)、蓄电池组(3)、开关(4)、电动阀门(5),太阳能光伏电池板(1)的输出端通过电缆与控制器(2)的电源输入端相连,控制器(2)的充电输出端通过电缆与蓄电池组(3)相连,控制器(2)的负载输出端通过电缆与开关(4)相连,开关(4)通过电缆与电动阀门(5)的供电电源相连。
