技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车注塑模具领域，具体涉及用于模具的复位导向结构。
背景技术
众所周知的，部分模具（例如具有倒扣结构的保险杠模具）在生产汽车注塑产品过程中，大多数的顶出机构需同步顶出。而在开模时，顶出机构与开模同步进行，当开模到一定距离后，顶出动作停止进行，并待模具快速开模至开模运动结束后，顶出动作方能继续进行。而在合模时，顶出机构的复位和合模是同步进行的。但当顶出距离过长时，由于顶块的重量完全由顶杆承受，容易出现下坠的情况，而在复位过程中，顶块容易出现错位，无法正确复位，导致在合模过程中，顶块与定模型腔挤压，造成模具报废，无法生产。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在于提供一种用于模具的复位导向结构，通过利用定位凸起部和定位凹槽的导向定位作用，从而防止在复位过程中出现顶块错位的现象。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
用于模具的复位导向结构，包括定模型腔、顶块、顶杆；所述顶块设置在顶杆的上端，且顶块的上表面设有定位凸起部，定位凸起部在顶出方向上设有倾斜面；所述定模型腔上设有与定位凸起部相匹配的定位凹槽。
所述倾斜面的倾斜角度为5°。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
通过采用定位凸起部和定位凹槽的设计，可起到导向定位作用，从而防止在复位过程中出现顶块错位的现象；而且，其结构简单，加工成本低，有利于广泛使用。

下面，结合附图以及具体实施方式，对本实用新型用于模具的复位导向结构做进一步描述，以便于更清楚的理解本实用新型所要求保护的技术思路。
如图1、2所示，为本实用新型用于模具的复位导向结构，包括定模型腔1、顶块2、顶杆3。而具体的，所述顶杆3可依据实际需求设置为直顶杆或斜顶杆。所述顶块2设置在顶杆3的上端，且顶块2的上表面设有定位凸起部21，定位凸起部21在顶出方向上设有倾斜面。而根据公知常识的，所述定位凸起部21应位于顶块2上表面的非胶位面上。定模型腔1上设有与定位凸起部21相匹配的定位凹槽。通过利用定位凸起部21和定位凹槽的导向定位作用，从而防止在复位过程中出现顶块2错位的现象，同时，也可避免定模型腔1受到撞击，延长其使用寿命。
优选的，所述倾斜面的倾斜角度为5°。通过采用上述结构，可便于提高其性能，并使定位凸起部21可顺畅地滑入定位凹槽内。
当在复位过程中，由于顶块2的重量完全由顶杆3承受，容易出现下坠的情况，而当顶块2运动至与定模型腔1刚接触时，定位凸起部21的倾斜面与定位凹槽的倾斜面相接触，而随着复位动作的进行，定位凸起部21顺利滑入定位凹槽内，可避免顶块2出现错位的现象。
对本领域的技术人员来说，可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思，做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变，而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.用于模具的复位导向结构，包括定模型腔、顶块、顶杆；其特征在于：所述顶块设置在顶杆的上端，且顶块的上表面设有定位凸起部，定位凸起部在顶出方向上设有倾斜面；所述定模型腔上设有与定位凸起部相匹配的定位凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于模具的复位导向结构，其特征在于：所述倾斜面的倾斜角度为5°。
