技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种制砖机的中的布料装置，特别是一种制砖机的360度旋转螺旋布料装置。
背景技术：现有制砖机的布料装置主要由料车架、电机、减速机、破拱轴构成。破拱轴通过轴承固定在料车架上，电机驱动减速机带动破拱轴转动。该种布料装置在使用中存在的不足是：1、布料不均，常出现中间料多，两边料少的情况，造成这问题的原因在于破拱轴的构成，因破拱轴设计的主要功能是将料进一步捣碎，所以它上面的叶片基本与轴垂直，只起对料的破碎作用，不能对初始山型状态的物料进行再排布，这会造成模具内左右两边物料密实度低甚至少料的现象，影响砖的质量；2布料时下料难、时间长，这在于破拱轴在布料时仅是作150°的前后摆动，其上的叶片易将料推开，不利于下料，而且时间长，造成生产周期延长，降低生产效率。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有制砖机布料装置所存在的不足，而提出一种改进的制砖机布料装置即一种制砖机的360度旋转螺旋布料装置。它可以有效的解决现有制砖机布料装置所存在的不足，具有布料时间短，布料均匀，密实度高的优点。
通过下述技术方案可实现本实用新型的目的。一种制砖机的360度旋转螺旋布料装置，包括料车架、电机、减速机、破拱轴，其特征在于，破拱轴上的叶片以轴中心为界呈左右两边螺旋排布。
破拱轴的根数为2根以上。
本实用新型的效果在于：1、布料均匀，这在于破拱轴改变了现有的设计，它其上的叶片是按以破拱轴中心为界呈左右两边螺旋排布，这样原本山型的物料初始状态在破拱轴叶片的左右螺旋状态的旋转下即可将物料往左右两边排移，使得模具内不存在物料死角，布料均匀，密实度一致，从而提高了砖的质量；2、布料时下料容易、时间缩短，这在于破拱轴在布料时是作360度旋转，它不仅将物料往左右两边排移使布料均匀，而且叶片在360度旋转时，同时起将物料压入模具内作用，另外也同时将物料往料车行走方向排移，这也使得下料容易，缩短了生产周期，提高了生产效率；3、可连续拍实物料，叶片在顺时针旋转的过程中，可实现在搅拌破碎物料的同时还可以对物料进行连续的拍实作用，这样在短时间内，布料就可以达到物料密实度高、均衡的效果。

参见附图1，一种制砖机的360度旋转螺旋布料装置，破拱轴6通过轴承装配在料车架3上，电机1驱动减速机2带动驱动轴链轮4，通过链条5带动破拱轴6按顺时针方向360度旋转，破拱轴6上的叶片7以破拱轴6中心为界呈左右两边螺旋排布，破拱轴6的根数可根据实际情况确定为2根以上的根数，本实施例中破拱轴6的根数为6根。图中箭头所示方向为料车行进方向。
