本实用新型一种手臂垫是这样实现的：本实用新型一种手臂垫由左手臂垫和右手臂垫组成，左手臂垫由左手臂软垫、左手臂硬垫组成，右手臂垫由右手臂软垫、右手臂硬垫组成。手臂硬垫为橡胶材料，通过把横截面为等腰梯形的四棱柱弯曲成“L”形，并且在梯形上表面开挖弧形凹槽制成，手臂软垫为海绵材料，半管状，与手臂硬垫具有相同的“L”形，并且固定在手臂硬垫的弧形凹槽内。
使用时，将左手臂垫和右手臂垫放在桌面上后，再将左手臂和右手臂弯成对应“L”形分别放入左手臂垫和右手臂垫凹槽内，最后头部枕在一侧手臂上进行午休。
有益效果

本实用新型是这样实现的，将左手臂垫和右手臂垫放在桌面上后，再将左手臂和右手臂弯成对应的“L”形分别放入左手臂软垫(1)和右手臂软垫(3)上，最后上半身趴在桌面，头部枕在一侧手臂上即可。
