背景技术
目前已有空气加热,有电加热、蒸汽加热和太阳能加热,太阳能加热空气低成本、环保,有很多优点,但已有太阳能空气加热器,采用平面吸热板,存在吸热效果低的不足。
发明内容
为了克服已有太阳能空气加热器存在吸热效果低的不足,本实用新型的目的,提供一种吸热效率高的太阳能空气加热器。
本实用新型解决问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括框架、玻璃板、波形吸热板、轴、支架、冷热气管,框架内装有玻璃板和黑色波形吸热板,框架设有一轴与支架活动连接,框架倾斜配置,冷热气管与波形加热板二端头连通。黑色波形吸热板,因表面积大,故吸热量也大,框架倾斜配置,使冷热空气自然对流畅通也能增加空气吸取太阳热量,从而达到本实用新型吸热效率高的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是,有吸热效率高、环保、低成本。

具体实施方式
在图所示的实施例中,在矩形的木制框架5内装有一块玻璃板3和装有一块黑色波形加热板4,波形加热板4用隔热材料制成波浪形状板,表面涂上一层黑色炭粉,隔热材料能防止热量散发,黑色炭粉吸热效果好。框架5上设有一轴6与支架7活动链接,可以任意调节框架5倾斜角度。在框架5上端连接热气管1,下端连接冷气管2,形成冷热气自然对流,增加吸太阳能热量。本产品有吸热效率高,热冷气管1、2与暖棚(房)上下连通,房内下部的冷空气流入太阳能加热器,经太阳能加热后热空气流回房顶。形成自然循环加热暖房,很环保、低成本。

1.一种太阳能空气加热器,它包括框架、玻璃板、波形加热板、轴、支架、冷热气管,其特征是:在框架内装有玻璃板和黑色波形吸热板,框架上设有一轴与支架活动连接,框架倾斜配置,冷热气管与波形加热板二端头连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能空气加热器,其特征是:所述波形吸热板采用隔热材料制成波浪形状板,表面涂上一层黑色炭粉。
