技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具,尤其涉及一种LED日光灯。
背景技术
普通日光灯对工作环境温度要求高,当温度较低时不容易启动,使用时普通日光灯内的氩气电离生热,从而使水银产生蒸汽并发出强烈的紫外线,普通日光灯容易闪烁,影响使用者视力。此外,当普通日光灯的灯管在破裂时,其内流出的发光物质会污染环境及对人类造成伤害。LED灯具有能量转换效率高、开关反应速度快、寿命长、无辐射及功耗低等优点而被广泛使用。参考图1,现有的LED日光灯包括灯管1’、铝基板2’、LED灯板3’、PC灯罩4’及设于灯管1’两端的灯头,所述铝基板2’设于灯管1’上,所述LED灯板3’设于铝基板2’上,该PC灯罩4’与灯管1’可拆装连接。但是此种LED日光灯其铝基板采用平铺设于灯管上,当点亮LED灯时,其光照在PC灯罩内所能产生的漫反射较弱,照射出来的灯光效果不佳,且铝基板用材量大,生产成本较高。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本实用新型提出一种灯光照射效果好、生产成本低的LED日光灯。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:一种LED日光灯,包括灯管、铝基板、LED灯板、两个灯头和PC灯罩,所述两个灯头分别设于灯管两端,所述铝基板和LED灯板设于灯管上,所述LED灯板设于铝基板上表面,所述PC灯罩与灯管可拆装连接,所述灯管上表面中部设有凹槽且该凹槽的两侧边斜向上延伸设有铝型材斜坡边,所述铝基板设于凹槽内。
进一步的,所述铝型材斜坡边面向PC灯罩的一面设有曝光面。
进一步的,所述灯管与PC灯罩连接后整体横截面为椭圆形。
通过采用前述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:通过增加LED灯光在PC灯罩内的漫反射,加强了LED日光灯的照射光线,使得本实用新型的LED日光灯照射效果好,同时节省了铝基板的材料用量,降低了生产成本,使得本实用新型产品的实用价值更高,可广泛推广使用。

现结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进一步说明。
参阅图2所示,本实用新型的一种LED日光灯,包括灯管1、铝基板2、LED灯板3、两个灯头和PC灯罩4,所述两个灯头分别设于灯管1两端,所述铝基板2和LED灯板3设于灯管上,所述LED灯板设于铝基板上表面,所述PC灯罩4与灯管1可拆装连接,所述灯管1上表面中部设有凹槽11且该凹槽11的两侧边斜向上延伸设有铝型材斜坡边12,所述铝基板2设于凹槽11内,所述铝型材斜坡边12面向PC灯罩4的一面设有曝光面,所述灯管1与PC灯罩4连接后整体横截面为椭圆形。
本实用新型通过增加LED灯光在PC灯罩内的漫反射,加强了LED日光灯的照射光线,使得本实用新型的LED日光灯照射效果好,同时节省了铝基板的材料用量,降低了生产成本,使得本实用新型产品的实用价值更高,可广泛推广使用。

1.一种LED日光灯,包括灯管、铝基板、LED灯板、两个灯头和PC灯罩,所述两个灯头分别设于灯管两端,所述铝基板和LED灯板设于灯管上,所述LED灯板设于铝基板上表面,所述PC灯罩与灯管可拆装连接,其特征在于:所述灯管上表面中部设有凹槽且该凹槽的两侧边斜向上延伸设有铝型材斜坡边,所述铝基板设于凹槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述铝型材斜坡边面向PC灯罩的一面设有曝光面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述灯管与PC灯罩连接后整体横截面为椭圆形。
