Abstract

本实用新型涉及一体分区式保护膜，可视区到产品外形之间的保护区域的外侧设有保护膜撕手，可视区到产品外形之间的保护区域的内周通过接点与易撕贴撕手连接。本实用新型可以将产品背面的两张保护膜融合在一张保护膜上，减少生产作业时贴附次数，减少生产材料的投入，从而节省生产成本。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种保护膜，具体地说是涉及用于触摸屏生产作业中对产品外观保护的一体分区式保护膜。 
背景技术
目前触摸屏生产作业时，对触摸屏背面的保护膜的常见使用方法是将一片比触摸屏可视外形大0.2mm~0.5mm保护膜覆盖在产品背面的可视区域（1#），再在产品背面覆盖一片外形与整个产品大小接近的保护膜（2#）。这样可以在客户装机时撕除2#保护膜，将产品装在手机前壳时仍可保护背面视窗不被刮伤或弄脏，待要组装前壳时再撕除1#保护膜。共需2片保护膜。且，因保护膜是人工使用治具一次单片地进行贴附，使得生产作业时需在背面贴附两次，造成生产成本的提高。通过该实用新型的使用，不仅能减少贴附次数，还能降低使用材料成本。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提出一种保护膜，通过对保护膜裁切外形的调整，使一张保护膜能对手机触摸屏不同区域的表面进行保护，从而减少产品生产的工时，减少对生产原材料的投入。 
针对上述技术问题，本实用新型采取以下技术方案，一体分区式保护膜，其特征在于，可视区到产品外形之间的保护区域的外侧设有保护膜撕手，可视区到产品外形之间的保护区域的内周通过接点与易撕贴撕手连接。 
本实用新型的优点是，将以往产品背面采用的两张保护膜融合在一张保护膜上，且保护膜的保护区域分为两部分，减少生产作业时贴附次数，减少生产材料的投入，从而节省生产成本。

具体实施方式
    以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明，参见图1，一体分区式保护膜，其特征在于，可视区到产品外形之间的保护区域4的外侧设有保护膜撕手1，可视区到产品外形之间的保护区域4的内周通过接点5与易撕贴撕手2连接。 
所述易撕贴撕手2的一半为带胶区域，与保护膜黏贴在一区，另一半为不带胶的撕手位。 
实施例：本实用新型的一个较佳实施方式，将产品背面的两张保护膜融合为一张，此种保护膜的保护区域分为两部分，一部分为可视区的背面视窗保护区域3，另一部分为可视区到产品外形之间的保护区域4，该两个区域的保护膜由8个接点5连接。在客户将产品装在手机前壳上时，先将背面视窗保护区域3的保护膜按住，再捏住保护膜撕手1将可视区到产品外形之间的保护区域4的保护膜撕除，由于只有8个接点5，可以很轻易地撕除。在组装前壳时，捏住易撕贴撕手2将背面视窗保护区域3的保护膜撕除。 
本实用新型在制作时只需在一张保护膜上一次裁切出所需外形的保护膜即可。
