技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种涂附磨具,特别涉及一种三维弹性抛光砂布。
背景技术
涂附磨具的使用范围越来越广泛,传统的涂附磨具是以布或纸为背基,将砂均匀地涂粘在背基上,形成二维的平面结构,这一结构决定该产品具有一定的刚性和内部包含较少的空间。在使用时,在工件表面容易产生划伤,并且磨屑很容易堵塞磨削面,致使它的使用寿命降低,工件表面易烧伤。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足,我们设计出一种三维弹性抛光砂布。
按照本实用新型所提供的设计方案,一种三维弹性抛光砂布,含有基体及研磨颗粒,其特征在于:所述基体为一种互相缠绕随机排列的合成短纤维形成的膨松稀疏的三维非织造片状物,同时在所述的片状物内纤维表面附着带有研磨颗粒的树脂粒体。
所述合成短纤维材料聚合物可以为聚酰胺、聚脂聚、聚丙稀、聚乙稀。
所述研磨颗粒可以为氧化铝磨料颗粒、碳化硅磨料颗粒、石榴石磨料颗粒、石英磨料颗粒、金刚石磨料颗粒。
所述树脂粒体材料可以为热固性树脂、热塑性树脂,或为一种以上的树脂混合物。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、                  本实用新型三维弹性抛光砂布将合成短纤维、研磨颗粒、树脂粒体构成具有三维立体空间的涂附磨具,具有一定的弹性和柔性,不易造成工件表面划伤,不改变被研磨物体的尺寸、形状。
2、                  本实用新型三维弹性抛光砂布内部有大量空间使三维弹性抛光砂布表面不易被磨屑堵塞并具有优良的散热性,因而该涂附磨具会有更长的使用寿命,且使用过程中不易烧伤工件表面。

具体实施方式:
图中标号1代表合成短纤维,标号2代表研磨颗粒,标号3代表树脂粒体。
参见图1~2,一种三维弹性抛光砂布,三维弹性抛光砂布,含有基体及研磨颗粒2,基体为一种互相缠绕随机排列的合成短纤维1形成的膨松稀疏的三维非织造片状物,同时在所述的片状物内纤维1表面附着带有研磨颗粒2的树脂粒体3,本实施例中合成短纤维1材料聚合物为聚酰胺,研磨颗粒2为石英磨料颗粒,树脂粒体3材料为热固性树脂。
通过改变合成短纤维1聚合物、研磨颗粒2材质、树脂粒体3材料可以组成多个实施例,均属于本专利的保护范围。

1.一种三维弹性抛光砂布,含有基体及研磨颗粒,其特征在于:所述基体为一种互相缠绕随机排列的合成短纤维形成的膨松稀疏的三维非织造片状物,同时在所述的片状物内纤维表面附着带有研磨颗粒的树脂粒体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三维弹性抛光砂布,其特征在于:所述合成短纤维材料聚合物可以为聚酰胺、聚脂聚、聚丙稀、聚乙稀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三维弹性抛光砂布,其特征在于:所述研磨颗粒可以为氧化铝磨料颗粒、碳化硅磨料颗粒、石榴石磨料颗粒、石英磨料颗粒、金刚石磨料颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三维弹性抛光砂布,其特征在于:所述树脂粒体材料可以为热固性树脂、热塑性树脂,或为一种以上的树脂混合物。
