临床上，对骨折部位进行钢丝固定时，通常是切开骨折处组织，通过引导器来引导钢丝缠绕在断骨处。现有引导器一端为弧形结构，弧度无法调节，引导效果并不理想，操作费时费力，给医务人员增加了极大的工作难度。

为克服上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单，操作方便，提高钢丝固定效率的骨科钢丝引导器。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种骨科钢丝引导器，包括手柄，其特征在于：手柄前端固定有一个塑料弹簧，塑料弹簧的前端设有圆滑的引导头，引导头上设有钢丝卡槽。
