 防摔防烫嘴保温杯包括：杯盖塑胶外层、金属杯盖、杯体、金属杯底、杯底塑胶外层、塑料条。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在金属杯盖上覆盖有杯盖塑胶外层，在金属杯底上覆盖有杯底塑胶外层，保护杯子从桌上跌落时造成的金属杯盖和金属杯底的凹陷；金属杯盖和金属杯底直径超过杯体，有效防止杯子跌落是造成杯体的凹陷；在杯体内胆垂直嵌入一个塑料条，塑料条颜色随温度改变发生变化，杯中水高于80摄氏度时，塑料条呈现红色，当杯中水在50-60摄氏度之间时，塑料条呈黄色，当杯中水温度在50摄氏度以下时，塑料条呈绿色，有效防止人们在喝水时因不明温度而导致的烫伤。

在杯体3内胆垂直嵌入一个塑料条6，塑料条6颜色随温度改变发生变化。杯中水高于80摄氏度时，塑料条6呈现红色；当杯中水在50-60摄氏度之间时，塑料条6呈黄色；当杯中水温度在50摄氏度以下时，塑料条6呈绿色。有效防止人们在喝水时因不明温度而导致的烫伤。
