Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种能及时发现漏油的油箱，包括箱体，在所述箱体油位位置的侧壁上设置有液位浮子开关，所述浮子开关于控制装置连接。本实用新型通过液位浮子开关检测油箱内的油位变化情况，通过对油位变化情况来判断油箱漏油情况，能够在油箱刚开始发生漏油时就及时发现，并进行报警，避免了液压油大量流失所造成的损失。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种压铸机液压***中的油箱。 
背景技术
当前铝合金压铸机在使用过程当中，液压***回路某一个点漏油，机器控制***并不会立即侦察到，而是会等到油漏至油箱的下限，才会由下限感应开关给机器控制***一个信号，表明油没了，此时机器才会自动停泵。这样，对液压油的浪费极大，例如：东芝DC250J压铸机的油箱是430L的容量，到了下限位置还剩下150L左右，500吨和900吨的压铸机的油箱的容量还要大，基本都是在700L以上，当漏至下限，机器要补加的油都是在250L—400L左右。一般压铸设备的液压油都是进口的抗磨液压油，价格昂贵，如果不能及时发现漏油，液压油大量流失的话会造成很大的经济损失。并且泄漏的油对生产的安全也造成了一定隐患。 
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足，提供了一种油箱，能够在液压***工作时，及时发现油箱内的漏油，并且进行报警。 
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案实现的：一种能及时发现漏油的油箱，包括箱体，在所述箱体油位位置的侧壁上设置有液位浮子开关。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下有益效果：本实用新型通过液位浮子开关检测油箱内的油位变化情况，通过对油位变化情况来判断油箱漏油情况，能够在油箱刚开始发生漏油时就及时发现，并进行报警，避免了液压油大量流失所造成的损失。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述：参见图1，一种能及时发现漏油的油箱，包括箱体1，在所述箱体1油位上限位置的侧壁上设置有液位浮子开关2，所述液位浮子开关2与控制装置3连接。 
下面对本实用新型具体原理做详细描述： 
在压铸机工作过程中，整个液压***要实现完全不漏油是不可能的，在实际中，对液压设备的泄漏量设定一个合理的范围，这个范围有在事先设定好的T时间内下降的高度量Δh来判 断。
压铸机的油路如果没有泄露那应该是一个平衡的***。油箱注满油至油位上限时，液位浮子开关2处于非工作状态，一旦油平面低于液位浮子开关2时，立即工作,记录油位变动的高度量，根据在运行时间内油位变动的高度量的变化来进行判断是否油箱漏油，若发现漏油则液位浮子开关立刻发送信号给控制***3，进行报警，并且马上进行停泵。这样就可以保证在油箱漏油现象刚发生时，便能及时发现。防止了液压油的大量泄漏，避免了液压油大量流失所造成的损失。
