本实用新型涉及提花机领域,尤其是一种新型提花机组件装置。 
背景技术
目前提花机应用最广泛的是采用动铁往复转动利用弹簧压力与竖钩上推舌簧压力实现,竖钩上推舌簧与动铁摩擦压缩力和动铁压簧压缩力偏大,造成提花机上推组件拉刀负载重,拉刀及拉刀导向块摩擦力大,组件结构负杂,零部件多,相应成本高故障率高维护费用及周期都相应随之增加。 
发明内容
为了克服提花机现有组件装置的技术不足,本实用新型提供了一种新的提花机组件装置结构,取消了相关的零部件,减小了相关压缩力,实现组件相关部件运动需求,代替了以往的动铁压簧与竖钩上推舌簧结构,满足提花机机械装置的低负载需求,保障了提花机相关部件的低成本,低故障率,提高了提花机使用寿命。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种提花机组合装置,主要由电磁铁、动铁、竖钩、竖钩弹片和动铁轴心安装组成,采用两个动铁安装于电磁铁两侧,动铁轴心固定,竖钩与动铁连接,利用竖钩上下提纱运动与动铁摩擦阻力,完成动铁往复运动需求,利用动铁与电磁铁吸合原理,实现挂钩与动铁连接控制,竖钩弹片与动铁往复摩擦,采用分离式弹片,竖钩摩擦设计为开口竖钩弹片方式,可以减少弹片弹力,利于控制调整弹片摩擦力。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,改后的提花机组合装置,实现组件相关部件运动需求,代替了以往的动铁压簧与竖钩上推舌簧结构,满足提花机机械装置的低负载需求,保障了提花机相关部件的低成本,低故障率,提高了提花机使用寿命。

具体实施方式
附图1中(1)是电磁铁断电后,竖钩下拉竖钩弹片部位与动铁摩擦状态。 
(2)是电磁铁断电后,竖钩下拉,动铁与竖钩挂钩部位脱离状态。 
(3)是电磁铁通电后,竖钩上推竖钩弹片部位与动铁摩擦状态。 
(4)是电磁铁通电后,竖钩上推,动铁吸合面与电磁铁贴合复位状态。 
(5)是动铁与电磁铁吸合面贴合位状态。 
在图2中,采用提花机拉刀上下往复运动及快速接头下拉负载力,使竖钩(8)与动铁(7)之间摩擦,利用竖钩弹片(9)摩擦动铁(8)阻力,实现动铁(8)以动铁轴心(10)为中心往复摆动,利用电磁铁(6)原理,通电后与动铁(7)实现电磁回路,吸合动铁(7),组件拉刀下行,快速接头负载力下拉,竖钩弹片(9)压缩,竖钩(8)挂钩挂牢动铁(7),断电后与动铁(7)消除吸合力,组件拉刀惯性上推3-5mm,竖钩弹片(9)挂合动铁(7)摩擦面,下拉摩擦动铁(7),形成下拉阻力,完成动铁(7)与竖钩(8)的挂钩位脱离。

1.一种提花机组件装置,主要由电磁铁、动铁、竖钩、竖钩弹片和动铁轴心安装组成,其特征是:采用两个动铁安装于电磁铁两侧,动铁轴心固定,竖钩与动铁连接,利用竖钩上下提纱运动与动铁摩擦阻力,完成动铁往复运动需求,利用动铁与电磁铁吸合原理,实现挂钩与动铁连接控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述提花机组件装置,其特征是:竖钩弹片与动铁往复摩擦,采用分离式弹片。
3.根据权利要求1所述提花机组件装置,其特征是:竖钩摩擦设计为开口竖钩弹片方式。
