背景技术
一种铝环的生产过程，需要将铝板卷成铝筒后，再进行均匀切割成铝环并且保持各铝环有一点粘连，然后再统一将铝板的接缝焊接好，最后再行拆解，得到多个铝环，上述生产过程需要一种夹具，对铝环进行固定。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题，提供了一种铝环生产夹具，具体由以下技术方案实现。
一种铝环生产夹具，该铝环生产夹具包括机架、两根插杆以及固定夹，所述机架上设有两个相对的插环，所述两根插杆分别插接在两个插环内，所述固定夹与插环连接。
所述的一种铝环生产夹具，其进一步设计在于，所述机架包括底板和侧板，所述两个插环固定设置在侧板上。
本发明能够满足铝环生产过程中对铝筒、铝环的定位作业，结构简单、易于实现，便于维护。

该铝环生产夹具包括机架1、两根插杆2以及固定夹3，机架上设有两个相对的插环11，两根插杆2分别插接在两个插环内，插杆接触连接，共同支撑铝环，之所以设置成两根插杆而不采用一根插杆只是为了便于安装以及拆卸铝筒、铝环，固定夹3与插环11连接。机架包括底板12和侧板13，两个插环固定设置在侧板13上。
本发明能够满足铝环生产过程中对铝筒、铝环的定位作业，结构简单、易于实现，便于维护。

1.一种铝环生产夹具，其特征在于，该铝环生产夹具包括机架、两根插杆以及固定夹，所述机架上设有两个相对的插环，所述两根插杆分别插接在两个插环内，所述固定夹与插环连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝环生产夹具，其特征在于，所述机架包括底板和侧板，所述两个插环固定设置在侧板上。
