本实用新型提供一种新型料仓式养护车的出料门保温装置，其主要特征是，出料门的进油管与料仓的热油器底部油管相连接，料仓的热油器的底部出口处有耐300℃高温球阀，底部油盒连通两侧油腔，使两侧面油腔的油位在同一高度，出料门的出油管接头通过导热油泵进油管路与导热油泵入口处的油过滤器相连接，使两侧面油腔的油位在同一高度，并且各连接管的管径要大于或者等于导热油泵入口的管径，导热油泵的出口管在混和料热油器油位的上部进入，导热油泵前面安装过滤器，其优点是，经导热油泵的强制循环完成冷热油的不断混和，使它的温度最终与热油器同一温度，达到恒温的效果,满足料仓混合料出料的要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种料仓式路面养护车，特别是一种料仓式路面养护车的出料门保温装置。
背景技术
料仓式路面养护车的出料门由于温度低，特别是在气温低的情况下存在出料不顺畅的问题。经常是物料粘在出料门底板上，越积越厚，常需人工清理，否则料门难以关上，关不严，造成漏料、既浪费物料又污染环境。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足，提供一种料仓式路面养护车的出料门保温装置。不仅能减轻施工人员的劳动，而且能顺利出料。可直接从混和料热油器取得热量，实现出料门保温自动化，方便出料，保护设备本身不易损坏。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，包括有混和料热油器、出料门、料门进油管、导热油泵进油管路、导热油泵油过滤器、导热油泵、导热油泵出油管路，其特征是，出料门的进油管与料仓的热油器底部油管相连接，料仓的热油器的底部出口处有耐300℃高温球阀。底部油盒连通两侧油腔，使两侧面油腔的油位在同一高度。出料门的出油管接头通过导热油泵进油管路与导热油泵入口处的油过滤器相连接，并且各连接管的管径要大于或者等于导热油泵入口的管径。导热油泵的出口管要在混和料热油器油位的上部进入，以减小回油阻力。
导热油泵前面安装过滤器，用来保护导热油泵，导热油泵和过滤器均安装在泵支架上，泵支架固定于车体平台下方的车的副梁上。各段管路均安装在管路固定支架上，以防在行车过程中使管路连接松动、漏油、甚至断开。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于采用与混和料热油器共同的加热控制装置，不需要增加温控设施就可以实现出料门的温控自动化，经导热油泵的强制循环完成冷热油的不断混和，使它的温度最终与热油器同一温度，达到恒温的效果,满足料仓混合料出料的要求。

下面结合附图对本实施例做进一步说明
由图1可知，出料门保温装置由出料门1 、右侧油腔2 、进油管接头3底面油盒 4、左侧油腔5、出油管接头6 、导流管7 、保温棉夹层8构成。 出料门1的进油管3与料仓的热油器1底部油管相连接，出料门有三个面增加了装有导热油的油腔和油盒。它们分别是右侧油腔2、底面油盒4、 左侧油腔5。右侧油腔2和左侧油腔5由底面油盒4连通。使两侧面油腔的油位在同一高度。在油腔和油盒的外侧有带保温棉的夹层8，保温棉夹层厚30mm,两侧油腔的油位由出口左侧油腔内导流管7的高度确定。出料门内部的导流管长度是430MM，以保证出料门侧面油腔的油位高度。料仓的热油器的底部出口处应有耐300℃高温球阀。底部油盒连通两侧油腔，使两侧面油腔的油位在同一高度。出料门的出油管接头 6通过导热油泵进油管路4与导热油泵入口处的油过滤器5相连接，并且各连接管的管径要大于等于导热油泵入口的管径。导热油泵的出口管14在混和料热油器9油位的上部相连，以减小回油阻力。
由图2-3可知，出料门的保温装置与料仓形成一个导热油循环装置，不用增加其它附助设备就可达到与料仓同样的温度。料仓导热油循环装置是由门1、混和料热油器9、出料门进油管10、导热油泵进油管路11、油过滤器12、导热油泵13、导热油泵出口管路14组成。油管接头3与料仓的热油器底部油管相连接，料仓的热油器的底部出口处应有耐300℃高温球阀。出料门的出油管接头6 通过导热油泵进油管路11与导热油泵13入口处的油过滤器12相连接。导热油泵出油管路14与混和料热油器9的上部相连。
由于采用与混和料热油器共同的加热控制装置，不需要增加温控设施就可以实现出料门的温控自动化，经导热油泵的强制循环完成冷热油的不断混和，使它的温度最终与热油器同一温度，达到恒温的效果,满足料仓混合料出料的要求。

1.一种新型料仓式养护车的出料门保温装置，包括有混和料热油器、出料门、料门进油管、导热油泵进油管路、导热油泵油过滤器、导热油泵、导热油泵出口管路，其特征是，出料门的进油管与料仓的热油器底部油管相连接，料仓的热油器的底部出口处有耐300℃高温球阀；底部油盒连通两侧油腔，使两侧面油腔的油位在同一高度；出料门的出油管接头通过导热油泵进油管路与导热油泵入口处的油过滤器相连接，并且各连接管的管径要大于或者等于导热油泵入口的管径，导热油泵的出口管与混和料热油器上部相连，导热油泵前面安装过滤器，导热油泵和过滤器均安装在泵支架上，泵支架固定于车体平台下方的车的副梁上，各段管路均安装在管路固定支架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型料仓式养护车的出料门保温装置，其特征是，出料门有三个面增加了装有导热油的油腔和油盒，它们分别是右侧油腔、底面油盒、左侧油腔；在油腔和油盒外侧有带保温棉的夹层，保温棉夹层厚是30mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型料仓式养护车的出料门保温装置，其特征是，出料门内部的导流管的长度是430mm。
