本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种与焊接工作回转台相配的特种设备专用焊接辅助工装，在保证焊接质量的前提下，实现自动焊接，提高生产率和产品的焊接质量。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型特种设备专用焊接辅助工装所采用的技术方案为：它包括设有滚轮的平台和H形支架，H形支架的一个顶端设有焊枪把手固定装置、另一个顶端设有焊枪固定装置，H形支架的两底端均安装有滑套，两个滑套置于与滚轮运动方向垂直的两根平行的导轨上，其中一个滑套上安装锁紧螺钉。
由于上述技术方案除利用滚轮横向移动H形支架外，还利用导轨纵向移动H形支架，焊枪固定在H形支架顶端，位置确定后利用紧固螺钉锁紧。可根据待焊接工件具体尺寸定具***置，可配合焊接回转工作台，实现各种规格、位置工件的自动焊接。因此，本实用新型夹持更稳定，提高了工装的灵活性，从而提高了焊接范围和加工精度，结构简单，制作方便、成本低廉。

本实用新型特种设备专用焊接辅助工装的工作流程是：首先将待焊接工件夹紧在焊接回转工作台上，再将焊机焊枪与焊枪固定装置4固定，利用移动平台1和移动H形支架2，调节适当的位置，后利用锁紧螺钉7进行锁紧，转动焊接回转工作台，开动焊机焊枪即可实现自动焊接。转动平稳，操作简单、可提高焊接质量。
