在进行跆拳道或拳击训练时，需要学员进行压腿练习。目前，大家常用的办法是人工进行练习，这样的练习方法通常效率较低并且有时不易控制，因此在现实练习当中很需要有方便、安全并且快捷的训练器械。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供辅助压腿器，本压腿器针对人工练习不方便的缺点，使用滑轮和绳子，可以自由控制腿的高低，方便安全。
采用的技术方案是：
辅助压腿器，包括固定支撑体、滑轮和绳子。
其技术要点在于：
固定支撑体上端通过滑轮座装设有滑轮，滑轮上设置有绳子。
绳子一端固定有拉环,另一端固定有绑紧带。
