参看附图所示，传感头1上端设有一中空立轴4，导音管3从中空立轴4内穿过，中空立轴4上限定有一伸缩手柄2，中空立轴4与伸缩手柄2之间具有一定的浮动量，以便保证传感头1可紧贴患者身体。其结构简单，操作方便，听诊时无需将患者衣服撩起；伸缩手柄2在不使用时，可缩短，不影响听诊器按传统方式进行使用。
