Abstract

本实用新型提出一种双十字滑台双***数控车床,主要是由一个床身、一个电机与主轴、两套十字滑台及两副刀架(1)和(2)、两套数控***和一个液压尾座组成。由于改变了机床床身结构,车床由两个十字滑台及两副刀架,在完成粗精车的时候,由两套数控***分别控制,避免了工件的二次装夹,从而有效的减少了单滑台数控车床由一套数控***控制粗精车时的影响,减少产品尺寸的不稳定性,最终大大的减少工人的劳动强度和不合格产品的产生,从而达到节约成本的目的。

本发明涉及一种双十字滑台双***数控车床。 
背景技术
目前各工厂所使用的数控车床都是单十字滑台数控车床,由于只有一个十字滑台和一幅刀架,使用一套数控***控制,在对工件进行粗精车加工时,难以保证精度。若使用两台设备分别完成粗精车,又因为二次装夹影响定位精度,特别是在重切屑时,容易造成尺寸不稳定及不合格工件的产生,造成不必要的损失。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双十字滑台双***数控车床,在保证提供合格零件的情况下,提高产品精度和加工效率,同时减少工人的劳动强度,以解决产品尺寸不稳定和不合格产品的数量。 
技术方案:主要是由一个床身、一个电机与一个主轴、两套十字滑台及两副刀架、两套数控***和一个液压尾座组成,其特征在于:双十字滑台双***数控车床是由两套数控***分别控制两套十字滑台及两副刀架;一十字滑台进行粗车,另一十字滑台进行精车,粗精车分别由两套***控制,相当于两台单十字滑台数控车床。 
有益效果:由于改变了机床床身结构,车床是有两套数控***控制两个十字滑台分别实现粗精车,在粗精车时可以节省一次装卸工件的时间减少了劳动强度,可实现一人多机的操作。由于是一次装夹工件,所以在减少工人劳动强度的同时也提高了工件的加工精度(因为一次装夹定位精度高),从而减少不 合格产品的产生,达到节约成本、提高效率的目的。此设备主要用在加工转向节类产品,原转向节的粗精车必须在两台设备上完成,粗车太不平衡,严重影响十字滑台的精度,所以粗精车必须使用两台单十字滑台数控车床。通过我们的发明可实现在一台设备上加工完成。因为减少装卸工件次数,所以可实现一人多机操作,提高生产效率。

结合图2所示的双十字滑台双***数控车床,进一步描述本实用新型如下:双十字滑台双***数控车床包括一个床身、一个电机与一个主轴、两套十字滑台及两副刀架、两套数控***和一个液压尾座组成,主轴正转由十字滑台及刀架(1)粗车,主轴反转由十字滑台及刀架(2)精车,实现工件一次装夹完成粗精车。
