本实用新型涉及一种热泵装置,尤其是一种半开式热泵装置。
背景技术
目前,现有普通热泵装置主要包括蒸发器、压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀,现有热泵装置的冷凝器与蒸发器通常都采用表面式换热器换热,冷媒密闭在***内,不与高低温物质直接接触,冷凝器与蒸发器都有换热温差损失,表面式换热器换热效率依然不太高,传热能力依然相对较小。另外,现有开式热泵装置主要也包括蒸发器、压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀;蒸发器和冷凝器的冷媒进出口都是敞开式的;开式热泵装置蒸发器中的低压气态冷媒通过压缩机加压后进入冷凝器,高压气态冷媒在冷凝器中直接接触高温物质通过冷凝为液态放热,虽然换热效率高但需要液态冷媒分离设备,对于小型热泵***结构较为复杂。
发明内容
为了克服现有普通热泵装置的冷凝器与蒸发器通常都采用表面式换热器换热,冷媒密闭在***内,不与高低温物质直接接触,冷凝器与蒸发器都有换热温差损失,表面式换热器换热效率依然不太高,传热能力依然相对较小,以及现有开式热泵装置冷凝器的冷媒进出口都是敞开式的,高压气态冷媒在冷凝器中直接接触高温物质通过冷凝为液态放热,虽然换热效率高但需要液态冷媒分离设备,对于小型热泵***结构较为复杂的不足, 本实用新型提供一种半开式热泵装置,该半开式热泵装置蒸发器不采用表面式换热器,蒸发器的冷媒进出口是敞开式的;冷凝器采用表面式换热器;热冷传递过程中冷媒作半开式循环,蒸发器的冷媒与低温物质直接接触并发生气液相变进行热交换,无换热温差损失,低压液态冷媒直接接触低温物质通过蒸发吸热;压缩机加压后高压气态冷媒通过表面式换热器冷凝放热,这样达到使该半开式热泵装置换热效率较高,传热能力较大,无液态冷媒分离设备,对于小型热泵***结构较简单,成本低投资小的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该半开式热泵装置主要包括蒸发器、压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀;它还包括***内相连接的管道、附件及检测控制和保压装置;蒸发器的冷媒进出口是敞开式的;蒸发器中的低压气态冷媒通过压缩机加压后进入冷凝器,高压气态冷媒通过表面式换热器冷凝放热,液态冷媒通过节流阀进入蒸发器直接接触低温物质通过蒸发吸热,完成循环。高低温物质可以是相同物质,也可以是不同物质;高低温物质可以是单相,也可以不是单相,高低温物质如果在传热过程中产生相变则更加有利。高压差时节流阀也可以用膨胀机代替。冷媒采用难溶于低温物质的低沸点物质如难溶于水的丁烷等。
本实用新型的有益效果是,该半开式热泵装置换热效率较高,传热能力较大,无液态冷媒分离设备,对于小型热泵***结构较简单,成本低投资小。

在附图1所示实施例中,该半开式热泵装置主要包括蒸发器(1)、压缩机(2)、冷凝器(3)、节流阀(4);它还包括***内相连接的管道、附件及检测控制和保压装置;蒸发器(1)的冷媒进出口是敞开式的,冷凝器(3)采用表面式换热器;蒸发器(1)中的低压气态冷媒通过压缩机(2)加压后进入冷凝器(3),高压气态冷媒在冷凝器(3)中通过表面式换热器冷凝放热,冷媒密闭在冷凝器(3)中的表面式换热器内,冷媒不接触热水,液态冷媒通过节流阀(4)进入蒸发器(1)直接接触冷水吸热蒸发,完成循环。冷媒采用丁烷。
