Abstract

本实用新型的一种新型屋顶隔热板，采用双层隔板的构造，在两个隔板之间有一个隔热层，隔热层中采用的是圆柱形隔热物填充的方式，填充聚氨酯泡沫塑料来进行隔热，每一个聚氨酯泡沫塑料棒之间有空隙，利用隔热层之间的空隙，来达到隔热的效果。

本实用新型涉及一种屋顶隔热板，具体的说是一种可阻挡房屋吸热的隔热板。 
背景技术
在我国广大的农村，普遍的房子是平房，还有很大一部分的人住在只有一层的平房之中，这样就使得房屋在酷热的夏天极为炎热，而很多家庭没有条件安装空调等条件，使得在这些平房之中生活的人极为难过。现在很多家庭都是在屋顶加上一层隔热层，来使屋内凉爽一点，而很多隔热层的效果并不好。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术要点是：隔热层的设置和隔热材料的挑选。只有采用隔热效果好的材质才能确保隔热效果好。 
本实用新型为达到隔热目的所采用的技术方案是：采用双层隔板的构造，在两个隔板之间有一个隔热层，隔热层中采用的是圆柱形隔热物填充的方式，填充聚氨酯泡沫塑料来进行隔热，每一个聚氨酯泡沫塑料棒之间有空隙，利用隔热层之间的空隙，来达到隔热的效果。其包括：中间的填充物，最外层的反光膜，和底部的隔热板，中间的填充物采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料。外部隔热板上有一层反光膜，用来反射太阳光。 
在面朝阳光的那一面涂上反光漆，尽可能的反射太阳光。底面是选择是导热性不好的塑料材料制成，尽可能的隔挡热量向屋内散发 
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以使得房屋在炎热的夏天隔热性更好，屋内更凉爽，可以在广大农村中推广。

具体实施方式
   选取两个隔热板1，然后在两个隔热板中间填上三层聚氨酯泡沫塑料棒.然后进行压制，把内部的空气排出，最后在外部贴上反光膜即可。 

Claims (3)

1.一种新型屋顶隔热板，包括：中间的填充物，最外层的反光膜，和底部的隔热板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热板，其特征是：中间的填充物采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔热板，其特征是：外部隔热板上有一层反光膜，用来反射太阳光。
