一种可避免结壳的沼气产生装置,属于沼气设备技术领域,包括池体、池盖,池盖上设有入料口和出气管,池体内设有搅拌装置。所述的搅拌装置包括电机、减速器、传动轴、转动盘、搅拌棒,电机固定在池盖内顶部,电机上安装有减速器,传动轴上端与减速器相连,下端与转动盘相连,搅拌棒上端固定在转动盘边缘上。本实用新型能有效地避免池体内发生结壳现象。

本实用新型属于沼气设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种可避免结壳的沼气产生装置。
背景技术
由于植物以及人畜粪便等有机物质在厌氧(无氧)条件下,经微生物分解所产生的易燃气体(沼气)可作为燃料使用,使得制取沼气的沼气池在我国农村得到广泛的应用,沼气也已成为广大农户必需的生活能源。目前普遍使用的沼气池其结构比较简单,一般包括沼气池池体,池体上设有进料口和沼气出口,将各种农作物秸秆、人畜粪尿、水经进料口揉入沼气池内部,经过一段时间的封闭发酵,所产生的沼气即可从沼气出口自行排出,供作燃料使用。
近几年来,随着沼气国债项目建设的实施,沼气建设和使用的农户逐年增加,但随之也产生了一些使用方面的问题,其中:由于农户在沼气池使用过程中加粪过量,加水过少,又不注意勤出料和搅拌,导致发酵间内含水少,发酵浓度大,产生积累大量有机酸,使发酵原料的上层结壳,而影响农户正常使用沼气的问题尤为突出,如何解决沼气池结壳,是目前需要解决的。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可避免结壳的沼气产生装置。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种可避免结壳的沼气产生装置,包括池体和池盖,池盖上设有入料口和出气管,池体内设有搅拌装置。
所述的搅拌装置包括电机、减速器、传动轴、转动盘和搅拌棒,电机固定在池盖内顶部,电机上安装有减速器,传动轴上端与减速器相连,下端与转动盘相连,搅拌棒上端固定在转动盘边缘上。
搅拌棒的下端连接有叶片;所述的叶片呈螺旋状;所述的叶片为三片。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型可避免结壳的沼气产生装置内设有搅拌装置,可以根据实际需要对池体内的料液进行搅拌,避免结壳。
作为优选,所述的搅拌装置包括电机、减速器、传动轴、转动盘和搅拌棒,电机固定在池盖内顶部,电机上安装有减速器,传动轴上端与减速器相连,下端与转动盘相连,搅拌棒上端固定在转动盘边缘上。电机经减速器减速,带动传动轴旋转,传动轴带动转动盘转动,而搅拌棒固定在转动盘的边缘,所以搅拌棒做圆形搅拌。搅拌棒下端连接有叶片且呈螺旋状,增加与料液的接触面积,增大搅拌幅度,提高搅拌效果,能有效地避免料液结壳。

参照图1、图2所示,本实用新型一种可避免结壳的沼气产生装置,包括池体1和池盖2,池盖2上设有入料口和出气管,池体1内设有搅拌装置。
所述的搅拌装置包括电机3、减速器4、传动轴5、转动盘6和搅拌棒7,电机3固定在池盖2内顶部,电机3上安装有减速器4,传动轴5上端与减速器4相连,下端与转动盘6相连,搅拌棒7上端固定在转动盘6边缘上。
搅拌棒7的下端连接有叶片8;所述的叶片8呈螺旋状;所述的叶片8为三片。增加与料液的接触面积,增大搅拌幅度,提高搅拌效果。
本实用新型的工作原理是:电机3经减速器4减速,带动传动轴5旋转,传动轴5带动转动盘6转动,而搅拌棒7固定在转动盘6的边缘,所以搅拌棒7做圆形搅拌。搅拌棒7下端连接有叶片8且呈螺旋状,增加与料液的接触面积,增大搅拌幅度,提高搅拌效果,能有效地避免料液结壳。

1.一种可避免结壳的沼气产生装置,包括池体(1)和池盖(2),池盖(2)上设有入料口和出气管,其特征在于:池体(1)内设有搅拌装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可避免结壳的沼气产生装置,其特征在于:所述的搅拌装置包括电机(3)、减速器(4)、传动轴(5)、转动盘(6)和搅拌棒(7),电机(3)固定在池盖(2)内顶部,电机(3)上安装有减速器(4),传动轴(5)上端与减速器(4)相连,下端与转动盘(6)相连,搅拌棒(7)上端固定在转动盘(6)边缘上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可避免结壳的沼气产生装置,其特征在于:搅拌棒(7)的下端连接有叶片(8)。
