本实用新型提供一种挤出机混合段与捏合段结构,挤出机混合段与捏合段结构包括机筒和螺杆,所述机筒具有外壳和销钉,所述螺杆具有螺杆轴和叶片;销钉分为三列垂直固定在机筒外壳内圆周;叶片分为三列,固定在螺杆轴上;销钉与叶片在轴向和径向均为交错布置;混合段销钉短于捏合段销钉的长度;叶片的形状为月牙形;螺杆轴上具有轴向刀刃的刀片,刀片与叶片在螺杆轴周向交错设置。该种挤出机混合段与捏合段结构,结构能够通过机筒与螺杆的配合将物料充分切断和粉碎,碎料再进入捏合段,由于捏合段的特殊结构,再将碎料充分研磨,最终挤出的产品质量更细更好。

本实用新型涉及一种挤出机混合段与捏合段结构,为塑料机械领域。 
技术背景
现有螺杆挤出机混合段和捏合段的结构一般都较简单,机筒内壁为光滑的,螺杆上螺纹一般也为规则的形状,但此种螺杆挤出的产品质量不是很好。因为物料在机筒内先经过混合段,再经过捏合段,现有的挤出机无论是混合段还是捏合段,其挤出的效果都不是很好,挤出产品的质量也就很粗糙。 
实用新型内容
为了克服以上问题,本实用新型提供一种挤出机混合段与捏合段结构,结构能够通过机筒与螺杆的配合将物料充分切断和粉碎,碎料再进入捏合段,由于捏合段的特殊结构,再将碎料充分研磨,最终挤出的产品质量更细更好。 
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种挤出机混合段与捏合段结构,所述挤出机混合段与捏合段结构包括机筒和螺杆,所述机筒具有外壳和销钉,所述螺杆具有螺杆轴和叶片; 
      所述混合段与捏合段结构的销钉分别分为三列垂直固定在机筒外壳内圆周;
      所述混合段与捏合段结构的叶片分别分为三列,固定在螺杆轴上;
      所述销钉与叶片在轴向和径向均为交错布置;
      所述混合段销钉短于捏合段销钉的长度。
  所述叶片的形状为月牙形。 
所述螺杆轴上具有轴向刀刃的刀片,刀片与叶片在螺杆轴周向交错设置。

如图1-2所示,为本实用新型提供的一种挤出机混合段与捏合段结构,挤出机混合段与捏合段结构包括机筒1和螺杆7,机筒1具有外壳和销钉12,螺杆7具有螺杆轴和叶片14;销钉9分为三列垂直固定在机筒外壳内圆周;叶片14分为三列,固定在螺杆轴上;销钉12与叶片14在轴向和径向均为交错布置。 
混合段销钉12短于捏合段销钉9的长度。 
叶片14的形状为月牙形。 
螺杆轴上具有轴向刀刃的刀片13,刀片13与叶片14在螺杆轴周向交错设置。

所述混合段与捏合段结构的叶片分别分为三列,固定在螺杆轴上;
所述销钉与叶片在轴向和径向均为交错布置;
所述混合段销钉短于捏合段销钉的长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤出机混合段与捏合段结构,其特征在于,所述叶片的形状为月牙形。
