本实用新型涉及一种抛丸防护工装，具体地说是一种为了保护粘附在工件上的环形橡胶带(其中橡胶带覆盖区域是抛光镜面)在抛丸过程中不脱落的工装。
2、背景技术
现在社会上多采用将双面胶双面粘附整条橡胶带与工件的方法，此方法的弊端在于，冬季时双面胶粘***差，粘附不牢，橡胶带易脱落或橡胶带保护的抛光镜面进弹丸，夏季时双面胶粘性大，不易清除双面胶。

鉴于上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种抛丸防护工装。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：根据工件与橡胶带装配后的外径，确定圆弧板(1)的内径，圆弧板的两侧焊有中间开孔的直板(2)，直板的两侧正好为整个圆的一半，两个这样的半圆工装通过螺栓装配、拧紧保护橡胶带紧贴在工件表面上并且不易脱落。
