本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：存储腔、手柄、开合手闸、卡簧、控量瓣、开合器与触动片连接杆、播种嘴活动唇、管腔、播种嘴、、控量瓣调节螺丝、控量瓣拉杆按顺序连接，播种前将种子放在上部的存储腔里，调节控量瓣调节螺丝控制种子的单次下播量，播种时将播种嘴插进地里，握处手柄，拉开开合手闸带动控量瓣拉杆，控量瓣张开一次，种子掉进管腔里，在此同时开合器与触动片连接杆拉开紧闭的播种嘴活动唇张开，种子播进田里，完成播种动作。
