发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种在档案管理过程中能够将档案资料自动修理整齐的便捷档案资料夹。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括底板、侧板和上板，其特征是在侧板内侧面设有凹槽，凹槽内设有弹力夹板，底板上设有纸张定位板，纸张定位板上设有转轴，转轴上设有割刀。
