Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种卡缘连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体上的导电端子及金属锁扣件,所述绝缘本体包括纵长的基部及位于基部两端的端壁,所述基部内设有一供电子卡***的中央插槽,所述金属锁扣件固持于端壁,所述导电端子位于中央插槽的上下两侧,所述金属锁扣件向内延伸有锁扣部,所述锁扣部的外侧面为倾斜向下的导引面,内侧面为抵压于电子卡的抵压面,所述抵压面设置为与电子卡平行的平面状。借此提供一种有利于减少锁扣电子卡时锁扣部对电子卡的磨损的卡缘连接器。

卡缘连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种卡缘连接器,尤其涉及一种具有金属锁扣件的卡缘连接器。
【背景技术】
中国台湾发明专利第I264167号揭露了一种卡缘连接器,可将电子卡电性连接至电路板,该卡缘连接器包括纵长的绝缘本体、自绝缘本体两端分别向前延伸的塑胶臂,及固持于绝缘本体上的导电端子,所述每一塑胶臂上分别组装有锁扣机构,所述锁扣机构包括锁扣于电子卡的锁扣件及焊接于电路板的焊接件,由于锁扣部与电子卡的抵压面是倾斜向下延伸,当锁扣部抵压于电子卡时,抵压面可能会造成电子卡的损伤;锁扣件及焊接件都借倒刺稳定固定于绝缘本体,由于端子数量较多,当卡缘连接器焊接于电路板上时绝缘本体可能会因受热而发生扭曲,各导电端子的焊脚与焊接件的焊脚的共面度难以得到保证。
所以,希望设计一种新型的卡缘连接器以改善上述问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种减少对电子卡损坏的卡缘连接器。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型卡缘连接器采用如下技术方案:一种卡缘连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体上的导电端子及金属锁扣件,所述绝缘本体包括纵长的基部及位于基部两端的端壁,所述基部内设有一供电子卡***的中央插槽,所述金属锁扣件固持于端壁,所述导电端子位于中央插槽的上下两侧,所述金属锁扣件向内延伸有锁扣部,所述锁扣部的外侧面为倾斜向下的导引面,内侧面为抵压于电子卡的抵压面,所述抵压面设置为与电子卡平行的平面状。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:所述锁扣部抵压于电子卡的抵压面设置为与电子卡平行的平面状,有利于减少锁扣电子卡时锁扣部对电子卡的磨损。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1,本实用新型卡缘连接器100主要包括绝缘本体1、固持于绝缘本体上的导电端子2、组装于绝缘本体1的金属锁扣件31及焊接件32。
请参阅图1及图2,所述绝缘本体1具有纵长设置的基部10及位于基部10两端的端壁11。所述基部10进一步设有供电子卡(未图示)***的中央插槽101。所述端壁11向前一体延伸有位于中央插槽101两侧的且垂直于基部10的塑胶锁扣臂12。所述端壁11前端设有安装槽111。所述塑胶锁扣臂12的内侧向内凸设有与电子卡所设缺口(未图示)卡合的卡合块121。
导电端子2呈两排排列,其分别包括向下凸出至中央插槽101中的第一接触部211、向上凸出至中央插槽101的第二接触部221,向后延伸出基部10后端面的第一焊接部212及向前延伸出基部10前端面的第二焊接部222。第一接触部211与第二接触部221呈前后设置,第一焊接部212与第二焊接部222位于同一平面内。
所述金属锁扣件31呈平板状设置,其竖直贴靠于塑胶锁扣臂12的外侧,并借该金属锁扣件31的后端设有的倒刺311固持于端壁11。金属锁扣件31的前自由末端设有位于卡合部121上方的防呆部313(结合图1)。结合图4,金属锁扣件31的下边缘向内延伸有位于卡合部121下方的第一抵挡片314及自第一抵挡片314向上延伸的第二抵挡片315。所述金属锁扣件31的上边缘延伸有位于塑胶锁扣臂12内侧的锁扣部312,该锁扣部312位于防呆部313后方。所述锁扣部312的外侧面向下倾斜形成导引电子卡下表面的导引面317,内侧面为抵压于电子卡上表面的抵压面316。所述抵压面316设置为与电子卡平行的平面状,即所述平面状的抵压面316由锁扣部312的内侧面削去一部分形成。
由于锁扣部312的抵压面316为平面状设置,且与电子卡平行,当电子卡倾斜***并旋转下压到位后,该锁扣部312与电子卡的接触是面与面接触,相较于现有技术中未将锁扣部的抵压面削成平面状卡缘连接器而言(抵压面与电子卡为非平面接触的卡缘连接器),本实用新型电连接器明显减小了锁扣部312对电子卡的损伤。
请参图2及图4,所述焊接件32亦呈平板状设置,该焊接件32水平设于塑胶锁扣臂12的下方。所述焊接件32的两侧为平面设置且其厚度小于安装槽111的高度,因此该焊接件32的后端可活动安装于安装槽111中。所述焊接件32的前端则具有向上弯折的弯折部321及自弯折部321向前继续延伸的延伸部322。所述第一抵挡片314抵挡于弯折部321的前端,从而限制焊接件32向前脱离端壁11,第二抵挡片315位于延伸部322外侧,在金属锁扣件31随塑胶锁扣臂12向外移动时,第二抵挡片315抵靠于塑胶锁扣臂12上并可将延伸部322限制在第二抵挡片315外侧。所述焊接件32的下侧进一步弯折延伸有位于塑胶锁扣臂12内侧的焊接部323。
由于导电端子2的数量较多,当卡缘连接器焊接于电路板上时,纵长设置的基部可能会因受热而发生扭曲,从而导致各导电端子的焊接部212、222与焊接件32的焊接部323的共面度难以得到保证。因为所述焊接件32的厚度小于安装槽111的高度,所述焊接件32可在安装槽111中作上下浮动,从而调整焊接部323,使其自然贴平于电路板上,从而有利于卡缘连接器的共面度。
本实施方式为本实用新型较佳实施方式,当然,本实用新型也可采用其他实时方式,此处不再一一赘述。

Claims (8)

1.一种卡缘连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体上的导电端子及金属锁扣件,所述绝缘本体包括纵长的基部及位于基部两端的端壁,所述基部内设有一供电子卡***的中央插槽,所述金属锁扣件固持于端壁,所述导电端子位于中央插槽的上下两侧,所述金属锁扣件向内延伸有锁扣部,所述锁扣部的外侧面为倾斜向下的导引面,内侧面为抵压于电子卡的抵压面,其特征在于:所述抵压面设置为与电子卡平行的平面状。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述锁扣部于内侧面的末端削去一部分,从而形成上述平面状的抵压面。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述卡缘连接器进一步包括自端壁向前延伸的塑胶锁扣臂,所述金属锁扣件贴靠于塑胶锁扣臂的外侧,所述锁扣部延伸至塑胶锁扣臂的内侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述卡缘连接器还包括呈纵长平板状的焊接件,所述焊接件水平设于塑胶锁扣臂下方,所述焊接件的后端可活动地安装于端壁,前端则被金属锁扣件抵挡,焊接件的一侧延伸有焊接部。
5.如权利要求4所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述金属锁扣件的前端设有向内弯折的第一抵挡片及自第一抵挡片向上弯折的第二抵挡片,所述焊接件的前端具有向上弯折的弯折部及自弯折部向前延伸的延伸部,所述第一抵挡片抵挡于弯折部,第二抵挡片在金属锁扣件向外移动时抵靠于塑胶锁扣壁上并可将延伸部限制在第二抵挡片外侧。
6.如权利要求5所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述焊接件的两侧皆为平面设置。
7.如权利要求6所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述金属锁扣件于锁扣部前方进一步设有一防呆部,塑胶锁扣臂在防呆部下方向内凸设有卡合块。
8.如权利要求7所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子具有向下凸出至中央插槽的第一接触部及向上凸出至中央插槽的第二接触部,所述第一接触部与第二接触部呈前后排设置,所述导电端子包括延伸出基部前端面的第一焊接部及延伸出基部后端面的第二焊接部。
