Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种轻型快速加热锅炉,其包含炉体、预热器、鼓风机和烟囱四个部分。由鼓风机将空气送入预热器,预热器利用排放的废气热量将鼓风机送入的空气进行预热,预热后的空气从空气加热通道进入燃烧室,打火器点燃喷油管喷出的燃油燃烧,对肠管里的水进行加热。炉体内采用四层肠管依次连接构成,可以全方位循环加热,充分利用热量,保证出水温度,使燃烧室中燃油的利用效率得到提高。

本实用新型涉及一种快速加热设备,具体涉及一种快速加热及热交换的锅炉。 
背景技术
一般的热交换***热交换面积小,燃烧器加热缓慢,换热效率低,排放的废气带走很多热量,造成很大的能源浪费。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种轻型快速加热锅炉,锅炉内部水路采用四层盘旋的肠管依次连接构成,增大加热面积,使加热更快、效率更高,由于各层肠管使用寿命不同,同时为降低成本和肠管工艺成型,故四层肠管之间采用分离结构,使用接头连接,便于单独更换。预热器对排出的废气热量进行回收利用,加热效率能够达到90%以上,降低了燃油使用成本,起到节能减排、保护环境的作用。

具体实施方式
工作原理:以下结合附图1至图6说明本实用新型的实施方式。 
本轻型快速加热锅炉整体由不锈钢材料制成,包含炉体1、预热器2、鼓风机3和烟囱4;炉体1包含壳14,设置在壳14内侧壁上的空气加热通道11,空气加热通道11连接预热器2和燃烧室13。紧贴空气加热通道11设置的肠管组12,设置在肠管内圈中的燃烧室13,设置在燃烧室13顶部的炉腔15,设置在炉腔15内部的打火器17和喷油管16。 
冷空气51由鼓风机3送入预热器2,预热器2内部采用栅格通道,冷空气51和烟气52从不同的栅格通道通过。从预热器2进入空气加热通道11,再进入燃烧室13。炉腔15中设有由外部控制***控制的打火器17和喷油管16,喷油管16喷送的燃油由打火器17点燃后,在燃烧室13内燃烧产生火焰18和烟气52。 
水从肠管组12的注水口注入后,流入肠管组12。燃烧产生的火焰18在燃烧室13对肠管组12中的水进行加热;肠管组12分为四层,水流先进入外层肠管,吸收燃烧室13辐射的热量和烟气52的热量,再逐层向内流动并依次吸热,最后到紧靠燃烧室的内层肠管高温区被加热后流出锅炉,可以充分利用热量,提高出水温度。 
同时由于肠管12紧贴空气加热通道11,肠管组12散发的热量可以再次加热空气加热通道11中的空气,使燃烧室13中燃油的利用效率得到提高。烟气52进入预热器2,对鼓风机3送入的冷空气51进行预热,最后从烟囱4排出。 

Claims (4)

1.一种轻型快速加热锅炉,其特征在于包含炉体(1)、预热器(2)、鼓风机(3)和烟囱(4)四部分;炉体(1)内部水路采用内外四层盘旋的肠管依次连接构成,预热器(2)内部采用栅格通道,进入的冷空气和排出烟气从不同的栅格通道通过,进行热量交换。
2.如权利要求1所述的轻型快速加热锅炉,其特征在于炉体(1)包含壳(14),设置在壳(14)内侧壁上的空气加热通道(11),该空气加热通道(11)连接鼓风机(3)和燃烧室(13),紧贴空气加热通道设置的肠管组(12),设置在肠管组(12)内圈中的燃烧室(13),以及设置在燃烧室(13)顶部的炉腔(15),设置在炉腔(15)内部的打火器(17)、喷油管(16)。
3.如权利要求1所述的轻型快速加热锅炉,其特征在于预热器(2)内部采用栅格通道,排出烟气(52)中的热量能够加热进入的冷空气(51)。
4.如权利要求2所述的轻型快速加热锅炉,其特征在于炉体(1)的肠管组(12)外形由四层盘旋的肠管依次连接构成,最外层肠管下侧注水口注入的冷水,吸收燃烧室(13)辐射的热量和燃烧产生的热气流的热量后,流向内层肠管并依次加热,最后进入紧靠燃烧室的内层肠管加热到高温;由出水口流出锅炉。
