本实用新型涉及一种克服上部墩柱模板及临时设施重量的承力支撑部件,特别适用于墩柱较高,模板不能满足一次性浇注的墩柱。 
技术背景
申请日前,在墩柱中间需要支承轴向力时,其支承方法一般有两种,一种是墩柱上钻孔、***销子或开键槽安装键,利用销子或键作为支承件传递荷载。但安装销子或键的位置一旦固定则不能移动。另一种方法是在墩柱上焊接或粘接支承部件,这种方法也存在位置不能变动,部件无法拆卸的问题,而且其支承力小,不能满足高荷载要求。 
实用新型内容
为了克服现有墩柱支承方法中不能调整位置和支承力小的不足,本实用新型提供了一种墩柱抱箍,这种抱箍能灵活调整安装位置,实现重复利用,而且具有承力大的特点。 
技术方案如下:一种墩柱抱箍,其特征在于:由箍身、连接板、螺栓和加劲板四个部分组成,所述抱箍的箍身由四个半环形钢结构组成的不设环向加劲的柔性箍身组成,所述抱箍的连接板与箍身呈垂直方向,由竖向分布的螺栓将箍身连接在一起,所述抱箍每隔一排螺栓在连接板垂直方向设置一个加劲板。
