目前,在造纸企业生产中,表面施胶机的引纸绳传动装置采用双辊平行设置进行传动,如果发生突然断纸,胶辊上的一些胶料必须用清水清洗干净,但用水清洗就会打湿引纸绳,引纸绳湿润以后又会使传动轮与引纸绳打滑,造成引纸绳不能正常工作。

本实用新型的目的是提供能防止引纸绳打滑的一种表面施胶机的引纸绳传动装置。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种表面施胶机的引纸绳传动装置,它包括三根引纸辊、引纸绳和传动轮,其特征在于三根引纸辊呈等腰或等边三角形,传动轮位于底边的二根引纸辊之间且与顶部的引纸辊呈上下设置,引纸绳缠绕在引纸辊和传动轮之上。 
采用本实用新型,由于引纸辊呈三角形设置,可以提高引纸绳与传动轮之间的摩擦力,因此,可以防止引纸绳在传动轮上打滑。
