目前，在造纸企业生产中，表面施胶机的引纸绳传动装置采用双辊平行设置进行传动，如果发生突然断纸，胶辊上的一些胶料必须用清水清洗干净，但用水清洗就会打湿引纸绳，引纸绳湿润以后又会使传动轮与引纸绳打滑，造成引纸绳不能正常工作。
