Abstract
一种磨机的圆筒筛，进料流板、筋板、法兰、出料流板焊接成圆筒筛骨架后，外表挂硫化橡胶，然后与同样挂有硫化橡胶的导流板及筛板用螺栓联接。采用本装置，筛板与导流板由螺栓连接，不但便于日常的拆装和维修，从而使圆筒筛使用周期长，而且结构简单，方便实用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及机械，尤其一种磨机的圆筒筛。
背景技术
磨机作为一种依靠矿石自身的相互冲击、研磨和粉碎的无介质磨矿设备，具有无需介质给料粒度范围大，产量高，排料均匀等优点。但是当前人们所应用的磨机，其上面的机件圆筒筛所采用的材料多为一些钢铁材料，而且机件多是焊接连接在一起，不便于日常的维修和更换。
发明内容
针对现有磨机不便于日常的维修和更换的问题，本实用新型解决的技术问题的采用的技术方案是：进料流板、筋板、法兰、出料流板焊接成圆筒筛骨架后，外表挂硫化橡胶，然后与同样挂有硫化橡胶的导流板及筛板用螺栓联接。
本发明的有益效果是：筛板与导流板由螺栓连接，不但便于日常的拆装和维修，从而使圆筒筛使用周期长，而且结构简单，方便实用。

具体实施方式
圆筒筛骨架是由进料流板、筋板(6)、法兰(1)、出料流板焊接而成，钢结构骨架上挂上耐磨橡胶，再对耐磨橡胶进行硫化处理；把加工好的导流板（2）及筛板（3）形状的钢板挂耐磨橡胶，并对橡胶进行硫化处理，然后把这些导流板及筛板通过螺栓(4) 螺栓孔(5)与硫化过的圆筒连接。
在圆筒筛的检修当中，只需要把筛板和导流板拆下，本结构设计合理，装拆方便，使用周期长。

1.一种磨机的圆筒筛，其特征是进料流板、筋板、法兰、出料流板焊接成圆筒筛骨架后，外表挂硫化橡胶，然后与同样挂有硫化橡胶的导流板及筛板用螺栓联接。
