本实用新型涉及一种电力设备安全维护装置,特别是涉及一种蓄电池欠压指示器。 
背景技术:
发电厂、变电站有大量的蓄电池组作为直流供电保护,平时为浮充运行,若单只或几只电瓶电压降低时,运行人员不易发现,虽有巡检装置,但是容易误报,造成使用因电力不足而造成保护欠佳。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种设计合理、容易实施且工作效率高的蓄电池欠压指示器。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种蓄电池欠压指示器,含有控制器,电阻R1和电阻R2组成的取样电路,所述取样电路的输入端分别与蓄电池的正负极连接,并且,所述取样电路的输出一路通过电阻R3与所述控制器的输入脚2连接,输出另一路与所述控制器的输入脚3连接,所述控制器的输入脚8与所述蓄电池的正极连接,其输入脚5与所述蓄电池的负极连接,所述控制器的输出端与所述蓄电池正极之间连接有报警灯;所述控制器为ICL8211。 
所述报警灯为发光二极管。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
1、本实用新型安装在每一单只电瓶上,设置有发光门坎和熄灭门坎,当电瓶实际电压低于整定电压时就报警,指示灯亮,巡视人员即可发现,进行单独确认,不需要逐一测量,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。
2、本实用新型采用微功耗控制器,能耗低并且测量精准,另外,采用声光报警,提醒维护人员及时发现问题和解决问题。 
3、本实用新型设计合理、容易实施且工作效率高,其适用范围广,易于推广实施,具有良好的经济效益。

具体实施方式:
实施例:参见图1,图中,蓄电池欠压指示器含有控制器,其中:电阻R1和电阻R2组成的取样电路,取样电路的输入端分别与蓄电池的正负极连接,并且,取样电路的输出一路通过电阻R3与控制器的输入脚2连接,输出另一路与控制器的输入脚3连接,控制器的输入脚8与蓄电池的正极连接,其输入脚5与蓄电池的负极连接,控制器的输出端与蓄电池正极之间连接有报警灯。
控制器采用ICL8211,能耗低且测量准确,报警灯采用发光二极管,也可以采用其他灯,根据需要确定,不一一详述。 
使用时,设置有发光门坎和熄灭门坎,当电瓶实际电压低于整定电压时就报警,指示灯亮,巡视人员即可发现,进行单独确认,不需要逐一测量,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。

1.一种蓄电池欠压指示器,含有控制器,其特征是:电阻R1和电阻R2组成的取样电路,所述取样电路的输入端分别与蓄电池的正负极连接,并且,所述取样电路的输出一路通过电阻R3与所述控制器的输入脚2连接,输出另一路与所述控制器的输入脚3连接,所述控制器的输入脚8与所述蓄电池的正极连接,其输入脚5与所述蓄电池的负极连接,所述控制器的输出端与所述蓄电池正极之间连接有报警灯;所述控制器为ICL8211。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池欠压指示器,其特征是:所述报警灯为发光二极管。
