Abstract

本实用新型公开一种LED灯,由灯头、灯体、驱动电路、散热体、第一反光体、LED灯板、第二反光体和罩壳组成;灯头固定在灯体的下端,灯体上端套入散热体内,驱动电路安装在灯体中,第一反光体套在散热体的上端周围,第一反光体的外表形成反光筒面,LED灯板安装在散热体的顶面,LED灯板通过驱动电路与灯头连接,第二反光体安装在LED灯板上,第二反光体朝向LED灯板的一面形成反光曲面,反光曲面上形成若干通孔,罩壳罩在第二反光体、LED灯板、第一反光体、散热体和灯体上并安装在灯体上。本实用新型可达到在0°~135°范围内的任何角度之间光强差异不超过20%,且在135°~180°区间至少有5%总光通量的光强照射效果。

一种LED灯
技术领域
本实用新型一种LED灯。
技术背景
现有技术中,LED灯是由灯头、灯体、驱动电路、散热体、LED灯板和罩壳组成。灯头固定在灯体的下端,灯体上端套入散热体内,驱动电路安装在灯体中,LED灯板安装在散热体上并通过驱动电路与灯头连接,罩壳罩在LED灯板上并安装在散热体的上端。工作时,LED灯板上的LED通电发光,光线透过罩壳,实现照明。
但是,上述结构的LED灯,因为LED灯板呈平面状,发光角度大约为120°,照射范围小,所以发光照明效果较差。有鉴于此,本发明人对现有LED灯的结构进行改进,本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED灯,以提升照明效果。
为了达成上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种LED灯,由灯头、灯体、驱动电路、散热体、第一反光体、LED灯板、第二反光体和罩壳组成;灯头固定在灯体的下端,灯体上端套入散热体内,驱动电路安装在灯体中,第一反光体套在散热体的上端周围,第一反光体的外表形成反光筒面,LED灯板安装在散热体的顶面,LED灯板通过驱动电路与灯头连接,第二反光体安装在LED灯板上,第二反光体朝向LED灯板的一面形成反光曲面,反光曲面上形成若干通孔,罩壳罩在第二反光体、LED灯板、第一反光体、散热体和灯体上并安装在灯体上。
所述LED灯板是由MCPCB(Metal Core PCB,金属基印刷电路板)和若干LED组成,若干LED连接在MCPCB上。
所述灯体具有下连接端、上连接端和中间筒,中间筒的顶部形成卡扣,散热体具有连接套和安装座,安装座上开设卡孔,灯头固定在灯体的下连接端,连接套罩在中间筒上,通过卡扣卡入卡孔中使安装座固定在中间筒的顶部,第一反光体套在连接套上,第二反光体和LED灯板通过螺丝固定在安装座上,罩壳固定安装在上连接端。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型因为在灯罩中还增加了第一反光体和第二反光体,当通电后LED点亮时,部分光线透过第二反光体的通孔向外发送,部分光线通过第二反光体的反光曲面进行光反射发送,通过控制第二反光体的通孔间隙及反光曲面弧度,可达到在0°~135°范围内(垂直轴对称)的任何角度之间光强差异不超过20%,且在135°~180°区间至少有5%总光通量的光强照射效果。总之,本实用新型大大提升了照明效果。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型揭示的一种LED灯,由灯头1、灯体2、驱动电路3、散热体4、第一反光体5、LED灯板6、第二反光体7和罩壳8组成。
灯头1固定在灯体2的下端。
灯体2上端套入散热体4内。为了优化结构,方便组装,本实施例的灯体2具有下连接端21、上连接端22和中间筒23,中间筒23的顶部形成卡扣24。散热体4具有连接套41和安装座42,安装座42上开设卡孔43,连接套41罩在中间筒23上,通过卡扣24卡入卡孔43中使安装座42固定在中间筒23的顶部。灯头1固定在灯体2的下连接端21。
驱动电路3安装在灯体2中,即下连接端21和中间筒23中。
第一反光体5套在散热体4的上端周围,此实施例具体是将第一反光体5套在连接套41上,第一反光体5的外表形成反光筒面。
LED灯板6安装在散热体4的顶面,此实施例具体是将LED灯板6安装在安装座42上,LED灯板6通过驱动电路3与灯头1连接。LED灯板6具体是由MCPCB(Metal Core PCB,金属基印刷电路板)61和若干LED 62组成,若干LED 62连接在MCPCB 61上。
第二反光体7安装在LED灯板6上,此实施例具体是将第二反光体7和LED灯板6通过螺丝9固定在安装座42上。第二反光体7朝向LED灯板6的一面形成反光曲面72。反光曲面72上形成若干通孔71。
罩壳8罩在第二反光体7、LED灯板6、第一反光体5、散热体4和灯体2上,并安装在灯体2上。此实施例具体是将罩壳8固定安装在上连接端22。
本实用新型使用时,通电后LED 62点亮,部分光线透过第二反光体7的通孔71向外发送,部分光线通过第二反光体7的反光曲面72进行光反射发送,通过控制通孔71的间隙及反光曲面72的弧度,可达到在0°~135°范围内(垂直轴对称)的任何角度之间光强差异不超过20%,且在135°~180°区间至少有5%总光通量的光强照射效果,大大提升了照明效果。

1.一种LED灯,其特征在于:由灯头、灯体、驱动电路、散热体、第一反光体、LED灯板、第二反光体和罩壳组成;灯头固定在灯体的下端,灯体上端套入散热体内,驱动电路安装在灯体中,第一反光体套在散热体的上端周围,第一反光体的外表形成反光筒面,LED灯板安装在散热体的顶面,LED灯板通过驱动电路与灯头连接,第二反光体安装在LED灯板上,第二反光体朝向LED灯板的一面形成反光曲面,反光曲面上形成若干通孔,罩壳罩在第二反光体、LED灯板、第一反光体、散热体和灯体上并安装在灯体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯板是由MCPCB和若干LED组成,若干LED连接在MCPCB上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯体具有下连接端、上连接端和中间筒,中间筒的顶部形成卡扣,散热体具有连接套和安装座,安装座上开设卡孔,灯头固定在灯体的下连接端,连接套罩在中间筒上,通过卡扣卡入卡孔中使安装座固定在中间筒的顶部,第一反光体套在连接套上,第二反光体和LED灯板通过螺丝固定在安装座上,罩壳固定安装在上连接端。
