背景技术
扣压式接头是连接空调主机与冷媒管道的连接装置，由于扣压式接头直接横向装配于机身外壳的侧面，并通过与母接头连接的铜质连接管与主机连接，存很多不足。首先是接头固定处受力不均，长期运行后，固定处受力大的一侧很容易松懈，导致主要受力支撑点会转移到铜质连接管上，会把铜质连接管压扁或压裂；若使用比铜质连接管密度更大的不锈钢连接管连机，连接后的不锈钢连接管由于没有固定卡板，会把所有的力全部集中于下端接口处，而上端接口处则很松，运行一段时间后，接头的密封胶圈如有轻微磨损，很容易导致上端接口处出现冷媒泄漏。其次是安装不便，扣压式接头是直卡式接头，加重了连接管的重量，给安装带来不便，若接头未卡正，极易造成冷媒泄漏。两外，这种连接方式将会给客户带来两点使用不便，大部分的接头裸露在外，使得空调的整体形象极差。
发明内容
针对现有空调连接接头装置的缺点，本实用新型提供一种新型的空调快速连接接头装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所采取的措施：
一种空调快速连接接头装置，包括公快速接头和母快速接头，公快速接头外侧设有通过挡板与公接头固定座连接的锁紧板，母快速接头外侧的母接头固定座设有能与公接头固定座卡接的母活动卡套。
公快速接头与挡板连接处设有卡簧，公接头固定座与挡板之间设有复位弹簧。
母接头固定座上设有用于定位的弹簧圆柱销。
公快速接头外端接有不锈钢管，母快速接头外端接有紫铜管。
本实用新型的有益效果：接头受力均匀，密封性能好，安装方便，外形美观，安全性大大提高，节能环保。
