背景技术
在缫丝过程中，蒸汽通过蒸汽孔管给车头锅内水加温，让已经过真空给湿的丝茧在锅内加温，在缫丝车头索绪帚的反复作用下，容易给光茧找到绪头。目前使用的蒸汽孔管为十八眼孔，不仅浪费严重，而且缫折比较严重。

本实用新型针对上述问题，对缫丝机车头蒸汽孔管进行改进，其目的在于：降低缫折，节约蒸汽。

如图1所示，缫丝机车头蒸汽孔管1原来为十八眼，平均分布在蒸汽孔管上，由于车头蒸汽锅内气压过大，眼孔多，蚕茧煮的过烂，导致缫折过大，蒸汽浪费严重。
如图2所示，缫丝机车头蒸汽孔管1由原来的十八眼孔改为六眼孔，其中三眼孔设置在无绪茧进茧口处，其余三眼孔设置在新茧补充加茧口处，这样使蒸汽有效作用于新加的光茧，降低缫折。
