 本实用新型涉及照明灯具技术领域，具体涉及一种LED模块化吸顶灯。
背景技术
室内型的吸顶灯用途非常广泛，可用于卧室、厅、走廊等具有屋顶的场所照明，目前吸顶灯常用的光源多为圆环型的荧光灯管和镇流器构成的，这种吸顶灯人们已经使用很长时间了，在使用中，我们发现有以下几个问题，一是圆环型的荧光灯管寿命较短需经常更换，二是由于吸顶灯都装在屋顶上更换不易，如果是镇流器坏了还需要专业人员才能更换，三是质量一般的镇流器会发出较大的噪音影响人们的生活和工作。
发明内容
 为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种LED模块化吸顶灯，其寿命长且节能，有效减少吸顶灯更换光源的次数。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：该LED模块化吸顶灯包括壳体和灯罩，所述灯罩外缘处设有卡扣，所述壳体外缘处设有与所述卡扣相配合的卡槽；还包括PBC电路板，所述PBC电路板上设有LED灯，所述PBC电路板上集成有电源模块，所述壳体底面上固定有安装柱，所述PBC电路板通过螺栓固定连接于所述安装柱上。
本实用新型相比较于现有技术，具有如下有益效果：由于采用LED灯作为光源，增加使用寿命，节能，而且高效照明；由于采用扣合结构来安装灯罩和壳体，使得更换操作简便；由于采用电源模块集成在PBC电路板上，节省灯具体积；由于在壳体底面上设有反光膜，使得照明效果更佳；由于采用安装柱来固定PBC电路板，架空了电路板，在电路板底面形成空气流通，并且在壳体侧壁上设有散热孔，又采用铝合金材质的壳体，极大程度地提高了灯具的散热效果，保证灯具正常工作，进一步提高了灯具的使用寿命。

下面结合附图和实施例，对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示的一种LED模块化吸顶灯，包括壳体8和灯罩1，灯罩1外缘处设有卡扣3，壳体8外缘处设有与卡扣3相配合的卡槽2；还包括PBC电路板7，PBC电路板7上设有LED灯6，PBC电路板7上集成有电源模块10，壳体8底面上固定有安装柱4，PBC电路板7通过螺栓5固定连接于安装柱4上。壳体8底面上还设有一层反光膜9。壳体8由铝合金材质制成。壳体8侧面上设有散热孔11。
本实用新型由于采用LED灯作为光源，增加使用寿命，节能，而且高效照明；由于采用扣合结构来安装灯罩和壳体，使得更换操作简便；由于采用电源模块集成在PBC电路板上，节省灯具体积；由于在壳体底面上设有反光膜，使得照明效果更佳；由于采用安装柱来固定PBC电路板，架空了电路板，在电路板底面形成空气流通，并且在壳体侧壁上设有散热孔，又采用铝合金材质的壳体，极大程度地提高了灯具的散热效果，保证灯具正常工作，进一步提高了灯具的使用寿命。
本实用新型结构合理，设计新颖，实用性强，具有很好的推广价值。

1.一种LED模块化吸顶灯，包括壳体（8）和灯罩（1），其特征在于：所述灯罩（1）外缘处设有卡扣（3），所述壳体（8）外缘处设有与所述卡扣（3）相配合的卡槽（2）；还包括PBC电路板（7），所述PBC电路板（7）上设有LED灯（6），所述PBC电路板（7）上集成有电源模块（10），所述壳体（8）底面上固定有安装柱（4），所述PBC电路板（7）通过螺栓（5）固定连接于所述安装柱（4）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED模块化吸顶灯，其特征在于：所述壳体（8）底面上还设有一层反光膜（9）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED模块化吸顶灯，其特征在于：所述壳体（8）由铝合金材质制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED模块化吸顶灯，其特征在于：所述壳体（8）侧面上设有散热孔（11）。
