本实用新型公开了一种网纹轴套，包括轴套本体，所述轴套本体内壁设有螺旋状第一油线，所述轴套本体内壁还均匀的设有网纹状第二油线。本实用新型在轴套内壁均匀分布了网纹状油线，一方面不破坏轴套内壁的承载能力，且提高了润滑的性能，延长了轴套的使用寿命；另一方面使得轴套布油更加均匀，彻底的清除了润滑的盲区。

本实用新型属于轴套润滑技术领域，特别涉及一种布油均匀、并且不破坏轴套使用寿命的网纹轴套。
背景技术
做成整圆筒形的轴瓦即为轴套，轴套作为一种机械零部件，在工业场合应用广泛，现有轴套的储油和润滑方式一般采用各种形式的油线来储油和布油，但是现有各种形式的油线存在以下缺点：
1．在储油、布油的同时破坏了轴套内壁的承载能力，降低了轴套的使用寿命；
2. 存在布油不均匀，易形成大面积润滑盲区，很容易造成轴套和轴咬合或卡死现象；
因此针对以上提出的油线布局存在的问题，需要对轴套的储油和润滑方式作进一步改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种布油均匀、并且不破坏轴套使用寿命的网纹轴套。
为了解决上述提出的问题,本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种网纹轴套，包括轴套本体，所述轴套本体内壁设有螺旋状第一油线，所述轴套本体内壁还均匀的设有网纹状第二油线。
本实用新型的网纹轴套，优选的，所述轴套本体外壁设有第一圆形凹槽，所述轴套本体内壁设有与第一圆形凹槽对应的第二圆形凹槽，所述第一圆形凹槽与第二圆形凹槽通过若干注油通孔连接。
本实用新型的网纹轴套，优选的，所述轴套本体为无缝轴套。
在采用上述结构后，本实用新型具有如下有益效果：在轴套内壁均匀分布了网纹状油线，一方面不破坏轴套内壁的承载能力，且提高了润滑的性能，延长了轴套的使用寿命；另一方面使得轴套布油更加均匀，彻底的清除了润滑的盲区。

下面结合附图和具体实施例来对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
参见图1-3所示，本实用新型提供一种网纹轴套，包括轴套本体1，所述轴套本体1内壁设有螺旋状第一油线2，所述轴套本体1内壁还均匀的设有网纹状第二油线3。
在本实用新型中，所述的轴套本体1外壁设有第一圆形凹槽4，所述轴套本体1内壁设有与第一圆形凹槽4对应的第二圆形凹槽5，所述第一圆形凹槽4与第二圆形凹槽5通过若干注油通孔6连接，通过所述注油通孔6内可以向轴套本体1内壁加注润滑油。
在本实用新型中，所述的轴套本体1为无缝轴套。
本实用新型的网纹轴套在具体使用时，将轴安装于轴套本体1内，因在通孔6内填充了固体润滑材料，运转时，因为网纹状第二油线3均匀的分布于轴套本体1内壁上，能够使轴套的布油更加均匀，并清除了润滑的盲区，另外，网纹状第二油线3的设置，不破坏轴套本体1内壁的承载能力，同时延长了轴套本体1的使用寿命，而且，通过以上的结构设计可保持轴平稳的于轴套本体1内运转。
上述实施例为本实用新型较佳的实施方式，但本实用新型的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制，而其他的任何未背离本实用新型的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化，均应为等效的置换方式，都包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种网纹轴套，包括轴套本体(1)，所述轴套本体(1)内壁设有螺旋状第一油线(2)，其特征在于：所述轴套本体(1)内壁还均匀的设有网纹状第二油线(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的网纹轴套，其特征在于：所述轴套本体(1)外壁设有第一圆形凹槽(4)，所述轴套本体(1)内壁设有与第一圆形凹槽(4)对应的第二圆形凹槽(5)，所述第一圆形凹槽(4)与第二圆形凹槽(5)通过若干注油通孔(6)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的网纹轴套，其特征在于：所述轴套本体（1）为无缝轴套。
