目前，公知技术的菜刀，其刀面都是一块光滑的金属片，当人们切菜时，往往会因切下来的菜片黏在刀面上而烦恼，黏在刀面上的菜片会影响到下一刀的力度，从而导致切菜动作变得不流畅，降低切菜效率，在本实用新型未作出之前，无波浪形刀面的菜刀使用，检索专利文献，无该技术的技术方案公开。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中无波浪形刀面的菜刀的不足，本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种波浪形刀面的菜刀，该菜刀的刀面是一块波浪形的金属片，刀面上的凹下和凸起的波浪形纹路能增大切下的菜片与刀面之间的缝隙，并减小菜片与刀面的接触面积，从而使得菜片不易黏在刀面上，达到方便切菜，提高切菜效率的目的。
为了达到本实用新型的目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由刀刃、波浪形金属刀面、刀柄组成，其特征在于刀柄前部的下方设有一块波浪形金属刀面，波浪形金属刀面下端设有刀刃，使用时手握刀柄，用刀刃切菜即可，切下的菜片不会黏在波浪形金属刀面上。
本实用新型的有益效果是设计简单，方便省力，实用性较大。
