1. A stamp management system, comprising a client, a server and a stamp manager, wherein:
the clients comprise a first type of client used for sending a seal using instruction allowing a designated seal to be used for a file to the server;
the server includes:
a first two-dimensional code generating unit which is used for generating a first type of two-dimensional code containing the seal using instruction and the file content of each page at the specific position of each page of the file after the server receives the seal using instruction,
a first communication unit for communication between the server and the printer, and
a second communication unit for communication between the server and the seal manager,
the file is sent to the printer through the first communication unit, the printer is used for printing the received file into a paper file, the seal using instruction is sent to the seal manager through the second communication unit, and the seal manager is activated after receiving the seal using instruction;
the seal manager includes:
an identity recognition unit for authenticating the identity of the operator,
a two-dimension code identification unit for reading and identifying the first two-dimension code on the paper file,
signal receiving and transmitting unit for receiving or transmitting signals, and
the micro-electro-mechanical control unit is used for controlling the designated seal to be sealed on the paper document;
the server or the seal manager further comprises a judging unit for judging whether the identification result of the two-dimensional code identification unit contains the seal instruction.
2. The stamp management system according to claim 1, wherein said stamp manager further comprises:
a second two-dimensional code generating unit for generating a second type of two-dimensional code corresponding to each page of the paper document,
a printing unit for printing the second two-dimensional codes on corresponding pages of the paper document, respectively, an
An image scanning unit for scanning the paper document and sending the scanning result to the server through the signal receiving and transmitting unit,
the second type of two-dimensional code comprises a company name, a stamping date, a pattern of the designated stamp and file contents of a corresponding page.
3. The stamp management system according to claim 2, wherein said stamp manager further comprises an error detection unit for judging whether or not the document contents contained in the first-type two-dimensional code and the second-type two-dimensional code on each page of the paper-based document are identical.
4. The stamp management system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the client further comprises:
a second type of client for sending a seal request to said server for said file using said specified seal, and
and the third type of client is used for reading the seal using request from the server and sending a verification result of the seal using request to the server.
5. A seal management system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the seal manager communicates with the server via a wireless communication network.
6. The stamp management system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the two-dimensional code identification unit is a radio frequency identification unit.
