本实用新型涉及聚光技术领域,是一种低成本,高聚光倍数的两次聚光器。
背景技术
现有聚光器大多采用一次聚光,抛物线镜,涅菲尔镜,平面镜阵等,重量,体积,造价随聚光倍数增大快速增大。聚光光伏技术通过将一块面积较大的太阳光进行高倍率聚光、浓缩后照射到一个面积比较小的太阳能光伏电池上发电,从而大规模节约太阳能电池晶片。该装置利用大面积、便宜的聚光装置来代替昂贵而且供应紧张的电池芯片,进而达到大幅度降低太阳能光伏发电成本的目的,使太阳能光伏发电具有跟常规能源竞争的能力。目前,太阳能光伏***聚焦一般采取通过阵列菲涅耳透镜将光线聚焦至相应的太阳能电池表面。由于这种传统的聚光***对需要太阳的正入射,才能保证聚焦点在太阳能电池的表面上,因此对太阳跟踪的精度要求极高。而且这种聚光模组往往比较厚重,对机械安装提出了巨大的挑战。另外太阳光相对于聚光器并非平行光,同时由于追踪精度的问题,无法保证太阳光在电池表面的光强分布平整,尤其对于多结太阳能电池***,由于色散问题导致太阳能电池工作效率降低,不利于降低整个***的成本,提高效率。
发明内容
本实用新型是一种低成本,高聚光倍数的两次聚光器,理论上有几十万的的聚光倍数,容易加工制造。二次聚光器包括一级聚光器和二级聚光器,一级聚光器有一个焦点,二级聚光器是有二个焦点的椭圆曲线截面的反射面,一级聚光器的焦点与二级聚光器的一个焦点重合,二级聚光器的另一个焦点按需要设定位置。一级聚光器和二级聚光器有相同的焦点形式。二次聚光器可以多组共同聚光。焦点形式指焦点是点状焦点或线状焦点。一级聚光器可以是会聚透镜(凸透镜和菲涅尔透镜等有一个会聚焦点,点状焦点或线状焦点的透镜),会聚反射镜(抛物面会聚反射镜等有一个会聚焦点的点状焦点或线状焦点反射镜),可以有点状焦点或线状焦点。二级聚光器可以有多级的反射面,把前后级的焦点串联,增大会聚倍数。光源可以是太阳光,灯光和激光等,当光源作运动时,二次聚光器可以整体跟踪光源,或在保持一级聚光器的焦点与二级聚光器的一个焦点重合的情况下使一级聚光器跟踪光源。椭圆曲线的光学特性是从一个焦点发出的光线在另一个焦点处会聚。仔细设计两次聚光器的二级聚光器总会聚焦点的面积,两次聚光器可获得1度以上的光线会聚角度的误差。
本实用新型的有益效果是:低成本,高聚光倍数的两次聚光器,理论上有几十万的的聚光倍数,容易加工制造,对光源跟踪的精度要求不高。

具体实施方式
一级聚光器用凸透镜会聚太阳光,凸透镜的焦点与二级聚光器的一个焦点重合,二级聚光器的另一个焦点与其它组的二级聚光器重合,会聚光线。二次聚光器多组共同聚光。

1.一种二次聚光器,包括一级聚光器和二级聚光器,其特征是一级聚光器有一个焦点,二级聚光器是有二个焦点的椭圆曲线截面的反射面,一级聚光器的焦点与二级聚光器的一个焦点重合,二级聚光器的另一个焦点按需要设定位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二次聚光器,其特征是,一级聚光器和二级聚光器有相同的焦点形式。
3.根据权利要求1所述的二次聚光器,其特征是,二次聚光器可以多组共同聚光。
