本实用新型涉及一种用于电机的芳纶带。
背景技术
现有技术中电机行业一般采用棉布或者涤纶绑扎带对电机端部进行绑扎固定。上述产品机械强度低、不耐高温，因此使用寿命有限。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的缺点和不足而提供一种性能好，使用寿命长的用于电机的芳纶带。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：该用于电机的芳纶带，采用不同的径纱和纬纱互相交织而成，其特征在于：所述的经纱为两股，分别是工业涤纶长丝和芳纶纱，纬纱也是两股，两股均是涤纶纱，上述经纱和纬纱上下交织成平纹或斜纹或人字纹，整个芳纶带宽度为25mm，厚度为0.6mm。
本实用新型所述的经纱粗细为18支双股，纬纱粗细为13支双股。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：通过合理的选择纱线材质及规格，使织物具有高强度、高耐热性和优良的阻燃性。采用平纹组织，使织物坚牢、耐磨、硬挺、平整，采用斜纹组织使织物相对柔软有韧性。

具体实施方式
参见图1~图3，本实用新型采用不同的径纱1和纬纱2互相交织而成，所述的经纱为18支双股，分别是工业涤纶长丝和芳纶纱。纬纱是13支双股，两股均是涤纶纱，上述经纱和纬纱上下交织成平纹，或斜纹或人字纹。整个芳纶带1宽度为25mm，厚度为0.6mm。
经测试，制得的芳纶带耐热温度可到达220度，属于C级绝缘材料，芳纶纤维具有不可燃性，使用温度范围在零下196度至零上204度。在相同总量的前提下，本实用新型所述的芳纶带是钢材强度的5倍，抗拉伸强度是增强纤维和玻璃纤维的3倍。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电机的芳纶带，其特征在于：所述的经纱粗细为18支双股，纬纱粗细为13支双股。
